Very good so far simple and produces Ice quickly

Love it. It’s quiet than the previous one I had. Not as quick at making the ice but much more preferable. I love it.

the ice is great. much smaller basket than the one it replaced, maybe too small. the price seemed really good but i expected a larger basket. thus the price was appropriate.

The machine worked great from May 2025-July 2026 and then it started leaking from the bottom. It isn't obvious how to open it up to see if there is a simple issue creating the problem.

We bought this because of the stellar reviews- big mistake. The thing sounds like an air craft carrier! The ice is good, but when it fills up and you take the ice out you have to manually restart it. Too expensive for the final product!

We were given the wrong specifications. This isn’t what we ordered! We wanted one to hook up to our water line for continuous ice.

We had the Ice machine fir less that 3 months and came home one night and there was water all over the place. It had started leaking from somewhere internally and coming out through the motor. We were lucky it didn't start a fire and burn our house down.

Constantly in cleaning cycle and louder than anticipated. The ice is good when it does make some but then cycles to clean and it melts away

My icemaker is no longer working. We received it and about a month in it started making squealing sound here and there. Then 2 weeks after that it stopped producing ice.
