Received this as a Christmas gift, and have used it nearly every day, you can feel the benefits long after the session time has finished. I am qualified in Reflexology but don't normally have time to get treatments for myself, this is a fantastic substitute and I feel pampered afterwards.

I have purchased 2 of the foot massagers and have given them to my family members. These machines are the best thing for circulation- preventing muscle and bone mass lose. The fact that they are portable and can be used on hands, back, stomach and shoulders, etc. is fantastic. I will purchase more of these units in future, I do work with seniors, M.S. and parkinson folks, these are affordable and the best for their needs.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this massager. All the features, speed, time and infrared all work exactly as promised on the instruction sheet. It is not heavy but manages to be a little awkward when moving it around.
