Simple black particle board frames with a acrylic/plastic glazing. Reasonably priced for what you get. They can be hanged or have a pre installed stand on the back.

These frames do not hold a, regular 8.5 x 11 card stock certificate. I had to cut down every single certificate a little bit to be able to fit in these frames and also there's film on both sides of the plexi glass that is very very hard to peel off. They also took a very long time to get here. I am definitely not impressed and won't order again.
