I havent had this machine long, but for the times I have used it I am very happy! I had purchased an AirFryer 360 and was very surprised at what a bad choice it was. It was loud, leaked heat, and didnt cook evenly. Only the right side of the bottom front burner heated up. And it seemed to be cheaply made, so I chose to exchange it for this one. The first test was waffle fries from scratch and they came out amazing! Today Im using the dehydrator function. Im very impressed and happy with my choice. Its not losing heat, its fairly quiet and seems to be sturdy. Im looking forward to a making a rotisserie chicken.

Fast shipping. When unpacking, there was no smell. After cooking, we need to let the oven cool down for a while before cleaning. This oven is easy to clean and clean. This surpassed my expectations. I researched this long and hard. Programs easy to navigate through, beautifully cooked food. So far I've cooked chicken tenders from scratch, dipped in egg and seasoned flour, still tasty. Fries good, lamb chop. best salmon fillers and tuna steaks I've ever tasted. Omlett for breakfast were perfection, and tonight I did vegetables... They were perfect. I'm a happy shopper and may never use my stove again. Yummy food and I see so many options as I learn the full potential of my CICIKIKI 20 Quart air fryer.

I love that I can see the food while it is cooking. Clean-up is fast and easy, eliminating messy grease spattering from chicken thighs, hamburgers and broiled salmon! And, of course it eliminates the dreaded broiler pan! The supplied recipe book provides some great ideas, and a great understanding of the timings needed for various kinds of food. I think this Air Fryer is a great product.Its a great investment, and worth every penny.

This is a nice air fryer but my only thing is going to be having to clean in between the door and the air fryer itself! That is going to be the difficult part because you cannot remove the door at least I don't see any instructions that say you can. plus the other thing that I'm not happy about is that there are too many of those basket like dishes that came with it I want the kind of dish that I can bake on as well. So, I'm going to be contacting the company to see if they have one of those!

Going back. This product says it will “toast” bread. Without two elements, top and bottom, it will not. It will dry bread … but that's not toast. This is a broiler with a fan. And this broiler's incessant beeping will drive you insane. If that doesn't, the fact that the light is on a one-minute timer will. It does seem well-built, though I think the rotating basket is dangerous, and the outside stays relatively cool. You'd have to have a big kitchen to allow for the 5” buffer it needs between itself and cupboards.

Hate this machine, Pictures are deceptive. All you can do is open the door, its so small inside! Only 1 rack and 1basket. Takes up space for such a tiny door opening. Would return it but not sure if I send it back they will say they never got it and I don't want 2 lose the money. So disappointed.

Within the first 90 days of using the Iconites 20 quart air fryer, it started to malfunction electrically in that the light inside the air fryer started blinking on and off randomly. Of course the concern is that this could possibly lead to an electrical short that could cause a fire. I contacted Iconites about this and their response was that they would ship a replacement air fryer within a month. It's been over two months and I haven't received the replacement, and they stopped responding when I contacted them about it. This leads me to believe that Iconites doesn't stand behind their products and is not an honest or honorable company. Shame on them.
