This is the fourth timex smart watch I bought for the family, do I need to dau more?

Not impressed. The watch is very large, doesn't sync well and battery life is really bad.

The face and band are nice. Setup was fairly easy. Does not appear to run phone battery down as some reviews have stated. The watch has shown the wrong date on two days this week. it shows the next day. Today is March 12, 2020, the watch shows Fri 13 MAR. The heart rate is irregular showing a variety of readings. While hiking it showed a low of 58 to high of 95. I am sure 58 was not right while hiking up and down hills on the trail. Sleep function first reading showed 7 .30 deep sleep and 3hrs light sleep, 10.5 total hours. I was only in bed 7 hours. Last night shows only 3 hrs 51 min but was asleep much more than that. Does not record if I take a nap during the day. Sedentary does not show any reading though I set at a computer each day. Call log, messaging, phonebook, Calculator seems to work ok. Camera is awkward, only have second or two to snap a shot, better to just use camera on phone. Calendar shows wrong date just like the watch face shows. Have not checked Sport or the Stopwatch.

I have had 2 of these Timex watches and they work well. The issue is, according to the Timex support people, this is an earlier model which is no longer supported by the Timex app which you need to run these watches. I don't know why they are still selling these watches, but I assume some seller bought a bunch of these for next to nothing and is reselling them. Save your money and look for a model that is support by the app.

-It does not come with good instructions. I had to look at YouTube instructional videos, but they did not help. - Very difficult time getting it to sync with my phone. -Not user friendly. -Could never figure out how to set the watches time. I see why this watch has not advertised too much. I am returning it for sure.

A terrible product. Makes phone calls without prompting it to do so. Gets stuck on keys. Bad horrible
