⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These Icy Hot Lidocaine Patches are a game changer for sore muscles! 💆♀️ I slapped one on after a long day of teaching and they delivered fast, targeted relief without the mess of creams or gels. The cooling + warming sensation is legit — first it soothes, then really eases the ache. They stay in place well and last for hours, which is huge when you're busy. Perfect for shoulders, lower back, or anywhere that feels tight. Definitely a new staple in my pain relief routine! 💪🔥
As a hairstylist, let me tell you, sometimes you need one of these to get you through the day! Effective, easy to apply, and actual pain relief! Not a super strong scent, which is nice.
Great product for a sore lower back. It was easy to use, and provided relief for a few hours. I would use this again for minor discomfort for sore muscles.
Being athletic this will be a big help with relief. You never know when you'll pull a muscle or get hurt. Takes the pain away in seconds, and last for a while. Definitely worth buying!
Good sticking power which is important in using the product to its fullest. Good scent, feels hot No matter how much you press & smooth it, it moves with the skin & it develops wrinkles & there are areas that does not touch the skin. I would give it a 5 if it laid flat.
I actually use this just recently I've been having really bad back pain at work so good. It doesn't have that strong of a scent like I see hot carries that adhesive stays on all day. It leaves a cool warm feeling. just like a regular one does.
Icy hot and lidocaine patches do pretty good on giving temporary relief. They are easy to apply. They do come off after a while so make sure you press them down while applying to get them to stick real good. They are convenient and affordable to help a sore area.
I heard good things about this but my honest opinion, this doesn't really work for me. The patch doesn't stick well, so it doesn't stay long enough to make the lidocaine works.
These patches did do a good job of relieving pain in my lower back after i suffered an injury. However, i cant give it a five star review because i had issues with it staying in place.
I wore one for eight hours last night and my hip did feel better when I got up as far as mobility, but I'm having breathing problems and I just feel shaky and I just read her side effects and it seems to be one of them, but it didn't say what to do once you have these feelings or how to get rid of them
