Icy Hot is always in my medicine cabinet. It's an easy to use patch to help alleviate muscle and joint pain. It doesn't have a strong scent and once applied it provides direct relief to aches and pain.

My husband has been using these patches for several years to relieve a muscle spasm/pain in his side while playing golf. The spasm only occurs while playing golf so he tried these patches several years ago. He applies the patch before starting to play and it prevents the pain. He is very pleased.
I've tried about everything on the market. This rates top notch!!
I'm honestly not sure how men (with so much more body hair) manage to use these without ending up very painfully yanking out quite a bit of said body hair, but at least I can attest that they DO stick quite firmly if you put them on like you're supposed to! Work as advertised.
The first patch out of the same resealable bag the rest came from worked but none of the others worked.
