This is a very effective and reliable probiotic for me. My husband takes it too. It has improved my digestion and his as well. I often recommend it. I have tried others in the past but now I always keep this on hand. It's also convenient since it does not need refrigeration.

I've tried so many probiotics, and this seem to work very well. Comparing it to some other brands, this one is much better and cheaper. Also, try to take Peppermint oil once a day and you will feel much better, I can feel good now!

This probiotic has worked better than the others i have tried. So fay i have less bloating and easier bowel movements. Still constipated from time to time.

I was looking for this specific strain of L. plantarum 299v as it has been studied and seems to be an effective probiotic. I found it to be effective in a probiotic juice product. This is one of the few sources of L. plantarum 299v in capsule form. It seems to work.

I used another product with the same strand, but this one doesn't seem to work as well. I tried it because it was 1/2 the price, however I will probably switch by to my other brand. Fil packaging is not convenient.
