This product is a God send. It feels great when you put it in the refrigerator and let the gel get really cold and put it on and lay down and talk about relief.

Good for tension headache
I use this for headaches. It is comfortable. It is very stretchy to fit without being too tight. I get migraines and I use another similar product for that which gets colder and stays cold longer than this one does but this one works well for a simple tension headache. The cold lasts about thirty minutes. The gel is in the front only with stretchy fabric on the back side. I thought it had gel all over, which I would have preferred but it didn't.

It isn't as thick as others I have had and it only is jell stuff on one side it doesn't stay cold long enough to help
