A really high quality and decent scooter. Made from strong and high quality material. Easy to assemble. There is a lack of complete instructions and settings for the on-board computer. The 12.5 Ah battery (although I would like it to be 16 Ah as indicated) holds a charge well.

very happy, very powerful and bright light for the night no complains. i read bad reviews on this scooter not true you should try one.

The first one came missing parts and they won't let you return if something breaks they just say it was used improperly. So be careful because if you ride in the street stay away from the reflectors on the road they pop the tires. And nor returning.

The scooter is not suitable for city driving; it makes a cringe-inducing noise. Additionally, I had a terrible experience with the seller.

I was excited to get this until I realized it has a 12.5 ah battery not the 16 they claim. Told me policy is that it can't be more than 13ah so they put 12.5 on the sticker but they tell me it's really a 16ah battery! Buy from another place this was Walmart passing me off to the company in china for customer support.

Absolutely a scam please save your money and buy something else I can barely make it up at hill here are some issues I've had so far breaking not working and rubbing while riding, handle bar not inline screws and bolts not tight enough and just overall not good. It only goes about 10 miles and not the 18 it says I would not recommend also I clocked it only going 24 mph and not 28mph
