Huge help when it comes to applying heat and prying the phone apart at the same time!... No longer have to use the suction cup with a keyring attached to it and have the awkward wrist bend maneuver, all while trying to not touch the hot phone.

Don't think I needed it, but it was great to use. It immediately removed the screen from the device. Had I done this before, I don't think I would have ordered it, but it does exactly what it says it does, and so am happy with it.

I didn't need to use it, as the other tool kit had a suction cup, and my screen was already half loose due to the battery swelling.

EXCELLENT! Just excellent. No hassle grabbing the iPhone LCD screen and lifting it up as much as needed. Leaves both hands free for working with the picks around the screen edges to free up the glue. Great tool. Forget about those cheap knock-offs with the handles. This is the one!

Clamp arms didn't stick well to the included suction tape for an iPhone SE with a busted screen. But worked great for a clean iPhone 12.

Got clampy because I was tired of using the normal suction cup that came with the pro toolkit, this works so much better and the sticky pads is always a nice touch
