For my Curaçao trip.
The luggage is beautiful, but it arrived with a dent. I guess it was damaged during shipping, which is disappointing considering the price. I would recommend taking better care when packaging and handling the product to prevent this from happening.

Second suitcase I've purchased
I'm not sure how to collect on the first suitcase warrantee. It was ruined after r six years of use. So, I just bought a new one. I love the suitcase. I bought the same exact model as the first, help me understand how to submit a warranty claim
