Package open, item used (I.e., floor model)
I only hate that, ordering online, I expected new -- that is, factory sealed, not a floor model handled by others and potentially contaminated with flu, corona, or other human pathogens that cannot be seen nor properly cleaned away. This is a problem with Walmart not being open about the condition of its online offers, not a problem with the suitcase manufacturer. And for me, this sort of thing matters, which is exactly why I chose to buy online.

LITTLE BUT MIGHTY!!
I was in a hurry to leave from working from a cruise line and i purchased this luggage from walmart and i really thought it wasn't gonna be big enough for all my clothes (6months worth) and i was shocked it fit everything perfectly even my toiletries!!! and so easy to carry it with the wheels!! i love it and i got pink! lol

Great Stylish Luggage
I, originally, purchased the small carry-on suitcase and loved it so much that I bought the rest of the set. It's stylish, sturdy, and definitely stands out when traveling! I've received so many compliments on the set when I'm on the road and in hotels!

I FLY hard shell suitcase
Very easy to handle wheels rolled well looks very nice. Looks great I have pick the wrong category for warranty Mine is black and hardshell on the outside and nowhere on your paperwork do you list the kind to activate your warranty so I had to guess.
