I loaded nearly 70 pounds in this thing for my trip home. The airline misdirected it and it arrived a day late at my door in scuffed, but otherwise perfect condition. I'm sure it was handled roughly but nothing budged inside. The wheels work great, too. I also received a ton of compliments on the blue/pink/purple ombré color. Highly recommend!

I put this bag through heck on a multi destination European vacation. It saw rain, snow, planes, trains - the works. The zippers remain strong after stuffing it to the brim with souvenirs. Wheels roll smoothly even after absorbing some road salt from the Chicago sidewalk. A true warrior of a bag for under $100. 10/10

This is the 3rd piece of luggage I have ordered of this brand , I now have the carry on, medium and large and I love them. I have flown a few times with the medium and large and they still look new. Well made and have a great manufacturers 20 year warranty if something does happen.

Took the suitcase on its first trip and it came through the round trip with the airline's checked baggage without damage. I get a lot of compliments for the color choice. I bought the suitcase because it is larger than a carry-on and the capacity has been perfect. It is sturdy and glides well.

I gave it 4 stars only because the lift handle is not sturdy. But if possible I would give 4.5 because even though the handle isn't sturdy it held up. The suitcase itself isn't high end, yet it too held up very well. Rollers are smooth and swivel very well. I am very pleased with this suitcase and definitely recommend it if looking for something inexpensive yet durable.

Wheels turn really well and the bag has nice inside zippered spaces to help organize. I got the biggest size available for a long trip and it held up well. The only downside so far is that the outside is very prone to scratching and after one use the bag appeared in baggage claim pretty scuffed up, so that was disappointing. Super easy to spot in that hot pink color though and it survived its first trip so I feel like it was good for the price and availability. Smaller sizes that don't go through baggage claim will likely look nice and shiny for a long time.

I needed something for a one time international trip. This worked great and all my glass items did not break. Not sure how it would hold up on multiple trips but the zippers were good as well as the handles and the wheels. I was pleasantly surprised for the price.

I own the rose gold medium size check in and 4 years in, my pullup handle broke. I reached out to customer service, answered a few questions, provided a video as proof and they sent me a replacement. Beautiful color but you will also see many travelers with the same product, if that bothers you. Scuffs and marks show easily due to light color. If all that doesn't bother you, very affordable piece of luggage that has traveled with me on multiple trips all over the world.

Scratches easily and has damage after using it for just one flight. I arrived at my destination and there were scratches all over the luggage and it was bent at the bottom. This luggage is not as sturdy as other luggage brands I've used in the past.

Bought the large upright luggage. Used one. Interior zipper broke first time being used. Sent pictures to company for the warranty coverage. Was denied. Cheaply made product. Best to spend a bit more and get a decent suitcase and a company that stands behind their products.
