Great product! We had needed something to arrive in a day for cruise travel and it worked. Delivered in a day in timely and well packed. Upon opening it was infact double packed as I ordered set. Color is exactly as pictured and has ample pocket and well designed interior space. Plan to use the bigger one for international travel. For cruise smaller one worked effortlessly. We did need to roll it through varying degree of rough and smooth surfaces. It is also light weight and durable. I have other ifly carry ons for many years so it's a well trusted product! I've travelled to all 50 US States, all 7 Continents, and 152 countries. Along the way I've tried many luggage brands. However iFLy is THE VERY BEST. It's light but rugged and holds up through time and use, especially the wheels which are the first to break on other brands. I've purchased and used 4 of their jumbo sized cases and often travel with 32kg/70 pounds and have never had a problem. BRAVO to iFLY!!

I received the midnight berry fiber tech suitcase as a gift and i love it! It holds all of my clothes perfectly and the double zipper made it 10x easier to not having to worry about it closing or not. The strap down was personally the best thing because it was adjustable and it didn't interfere with the other compartments of the suitcase! 10/10 suitcase and i would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Good so far, but I haven't used it yet. The dimension in inches worries me a little for a Delta Int'l flight as it's a little bigger than 62” (L+W+H). I will tighten the suitcase with a belt. I wish the wheels are detachable but I understand it compromises its durability.

I just went on 7 flights, so fare the luggage has held up , wheels are great, with ease they glide thru to the next gate. My only wish is that it has a security belt to keep the clothes in only on one side, it would be nice if it where on both halfs. It held a lot of stuff & my jar a homemade jam was inside and it was intact when I got home.

I have not had this suitcase very long. I love the color I got, the hard shell, the dual siding, and the space. I don't like the way the thin compartment that zips to one of the sides is very “shallow”. Meaning the zipper is very low and makes the pocket smaller.

I just bought the luggage and am packing it for the first time. I love the color (Rose Gold) and how light it is. It rolls smoothly similar to higher end luggage. To give the best review I will have to put some miles / use on it to be able to judge the quality of my purchase. So until then.....Choose Joy!

I bought this suitcase just two days ago. After finishing packing today, I was very disappointed to discover a hole on the side of the suitcase. I chose this luggage because I expected it to be durable and robust, so I was not expecting a defect like this on a brand-new product. Would it be possible to send me a replacement or issue a refund? I purchased the suitcase in Prague, Czech Republic, for 2,690 CZK (approximately $127).
