iFLY Hardside Checked Luggage Fibertech 28", Sunshine

I've had one of these for years and taken it across the globe and on many trips. I dropped something very heavy on top of it last month and got a little crack by the wheels. But that was my fault. I was happy to get another one and it, again, did great job being checked and used as carryon on a trans-atlantic flight.

Much much easier to push/pull/spin than my old Tumi bags, and lighter for sure! It's a bit awkward zipping it up because the flexibility offered by the expansion zipper that makes it tweak off center if you don't kind of lift the bottom corners by the wheels while it's lying down to square it up. That said I'm more than happy with out new bags - they held up great going through a plane trip and were easy to find on the luggage carousel.

Awesome bag, I really love the two compartments with a separate zipper separator has plenty of space to get everything I need for a short six day trip. Great price but you might need to shop around a little bit as I did. Several places on line to get it but I found it at Walmart with the best price. Has a 20 year warranty, you just fill out the on line warranty and presto you now have a 20 year warranty so easy to do. Also has the ability to expand 2” inch's so you can put more in it you need to but only use it if your not flying, otherwise you won't meet the airlines requirements.

I previously bought 2 carry on luggage from this particular brand, and I really enjoy them, yet this very large checked luggage has been a great companion, I was shocked when I saw that TSA made a huge dent on one of the corners on the very first trip, once I opened it I just pushed and it went back to normal, any other luggage would've broken! I love how easy is to push this one around even qhen its very full. I would recommend

I ordered this luggage because the night before a big trip, I unexpectedly found myself without a suitcase. I chose it for the Striking color and roominess. When the luggage arrived, I was a little nervous about the size. Immediately, the luggage proved worth its weight in gold. At the LA airport, my luggage stood out like a beacon, which made it easy to spot. Also, the suitcase was so large, that it saved me from having to pay to check another bag on my return trip. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I saw iFLY luggage recommended in a group for people with latex allergies—they use synthetic rubber, which is durable and safer than natural rubber latex as most people develop the allergy through exposure. I'm anaphylactic to latex but can handle my iFLY suitcase with no problem. It also didn't off-gas badly like a lot of new suitcases do. I'll definitely be buying more and recommending iFLY luggage!

It's not the sturdiest feeling shell, but it does have the right amount give that makes it seem like it'll give a little to avoid breaking, but still has enough rigidity that I feel safe packing breakable items. The wheels are GREAT. Very smooth and I like the dual wheel design. I also really like the expansion option on a carry-on sized piece of luggage.

I was able to get the hard sided 10.8lbs, 28”x18.5”x13” for $89! There's two zip up pockets for my smaller items and a one of the pockets are made of plastics for things that may leak. I was able to fit all my clothes in it. I'm not too sure how it would withstand during rough handling, but my flight is in a couple of days so we will see hence why I only gave it 4 stars.

Beautiful color. I always get compliment on these bags. But I recently took these on a trip to London in Paris. And while the concierge was wheeling my suitcase to my room, there were two steps, he picked up the bag from the handle and the bottom zipper just burst. Broke. All my clothes and underwear goes spilling out on the floor. He apologized profusely, but it wasn't his fault. He was simply lifting a suitcase to carry down two steps now I was in another country and had to pay a lot of money to get replacement luggage.

We purchased a Fibertech Ombre Collection suitcase in Athens, Greece the day before we left for home from our vacation. We needed an extra piece of luggage to bring souvenirs and other items we purchased back with us. While putting the luggage into the back of the taxi, the plastic clip thata holds the handle at the top of the luggage snapped. I will be submitting a claim on the warranty and hope for the best.
