The was a warranty replacement. The original worked well for several years before the handle broke. The warranty covered replacement with no hassle. The new luggage arrived quickly and is perfect.

This is my second piece in my collection. Super happy with the product and also with the company's customer service and warranty program. I had a zipper issue and they easily replaced it no hassle.

Seems about as sturdy as the Samsonite we saw at Costco. Wheels roll very well. 20 year warranty might be a little optimistic.

I got this set for my step mom as a Christmas gift! The forest green is a gorgeous color and has a matte finish. It's not shiny/glossy like my black set (which I also love). Great luggage!

I needed a replacement as my previous IFly suitcase was damaged at the airport. Walmart had a color I needed at a much more affordable price than anywhere else including the IFLY website. Got the exact product in the exact color I wanted and that was a win.

The order of luggage is for my daughter who is graduating from UAB as a CRNA as a graduation present. The luggage was delivered to the wrong address .. correct mailing address was listed. ? thank goodness for good neighbors or I would not have the luggage. Sooo grateful for good neighbors or this incident would have been a devastating to her.
