Thank you for sending the replacement suitcase. The suitcase is nice and light for travel but is susceptible to damage in the frame of the extended handle which is why I had the suitcase replaced. It would be better if the handle frame was a little heavier.

Highly recommend, lol was able to fit everything I needed for a flight. My luggage ended up weighing over 90 Lb the zippers still worked and everything was safe

I just bought this piece online through Walmart late last night and I just received it! It's lightweight and really nice. I love it! I always tend to go with black and I went with the 28” because I get tired of squeezing that extra stuff you tend to come home with after a trip. After checking out the reviews of different brands I decided on this iFLY brand and I'm pretty certain I made the right choice. I'm packing now and I'm anxious to see how it looks and holds up after my flight tomorrow night. I think with this fiber technology my new luggage should be able to withstand any beating it might take along the trip… at least that's what I'm counting on!

This carry-on is perfect - larger than some competitors but still within airline limits, it has a zippered sectional divider and zipper pockets inside as well. Easy to pack, and the the spinner wheels and extended handle are super-smooth in operation!

I'm totally gonna give you guys the benefit of the doubt and give you four stars. I bought my wife the same suitcase, just to the pink one. we used it twice, the second time we brought it to Italy and upon our arrival, the leg was broken so I had to go to a hardware shop in Italy grab some duct tape and fix it so we could continue with our trip. Mine has held up great. Unfortunately, we forgot to add hers to the warranty.

I own the rose gold medium size check in and 4 years in, my pullup handle broke. I reached out to customer service, answered a few questions, provided a video as proof and they sent me a replacement. Beautiful color but you will also see many travelers with the same product, if that bothers you. Scuffs and marks show easily due to light color. If all that doesn't bother you, very affordable piece of luggage that has traveled with me on multiple trips all over the world.

I just bought the luggage and am packing it for the first time. I love the color (Rose Gold) and how light it is. It rolls smoothly similar to higher end luggage. To give the best review I will have to put some miles / use on it to be able to judge the quality of my purchase. So until then.....Choose Joy!
