I bought this for an 8 day vacation. I was able to get 8+ days of clothes and necessities into this bag. Delta is not carful with bags, but it stood up to them for 2, 3.5hour flights. Carnival throws bags around too, and it lasted from them. it got scratched, but it's a plastic case, what do you expect? I definitely recommend it. it looks and rolls great threw and airport and parking garages.
Walmart my favorite store i have ordered this luggage from walmart in villa park and they have scratch everywhere and the wheels was all dirty ( looks like really used one ) i didn't wanna pick it up but i had to as i have to make refund after 2 min :) in the next day i made another purchase online from different branch i have just got my 2 luggage 28". they are soooooooooo nice i loved them special when i got them from the branch on Darien on 75th street it was well sealed very well protected in a big box. it`s awesome luggage i will definitely recommended it.
My family got this midsize - Non Carry-on piece. It rolls well and is attractive. However its not indestructible. The luggage handlers will never care and I watched them sling this bag off the plane and into the luggage cart. Needless to say they missed and had to pick it up off the ground and put it back on. In the process it chipped a hole the size of half a dime and a wheel wobbles slightly. It was its maiden voyage. I asked for this because i carry a CPAP machine and saw it as an additional layer of protection for a machine that cost nearly a grand against the war of baggage handlers. I dont expect it to last but a year but if it protects my CPAP then ill be ok with it.
Recently purchased the 28 inch upright for a week long trip to Puerto Rico. This luggage is great. The four wheels make moving around so easy. There is tons of room inside, and 2 separate pouches to add toiletries as well as shoes/bags or anything that may be on the heavier side. I always over pack, and love the fact that the luggage expands with ease, without making the suitcase look bulky and awkward. the only downside is that since the luggage has a plastic shell, it tends to scratch. The scratches are minor, but something to be aware of if you are extremely picky. I love this luggage and will be purchasing the 20 inch as my carry on piece.
tags applied by walmart to smooth surface hard to remove. use tag with string.
Good looking suitcase, bought in okaloosa Florida Packed well. Went to Colorado Springs very impressed. Bought another one in the springs. Traveling to guam, excited had expandable zipper if needed but, bags expanded from the handling of the airlines the zipper was there on both. No pull tab for the zipper. Suitcase one stays expanded Wrote to company after trip no response
I liked this suitcase, it was easy to pull, and light enough. A little awkward to open it when full as clothing is separated on the two sides. Seemed durable which is what I was looking for after having to replace wrecked luggage after airlines broke the soft sided luggage I used to own. However, I just got back from a trip on American Airlines which required two flights and the plastic case corner next to the suitcase wheel is now broken and the one wheel flaps. Unfortunately this isn't covered by the 5 year warranty. I didn't notice it at the airport as we were rushing and it still works while getting wheeled around as it isn't the main wheel that's broken so it's unlikely I'll get any compensation from American Airlines. So plastic carbonite isn't as durable as you'd think. The wheels must just stick out too much (2-3 inches from the base) and get more abuse than those with smaller wheels closer to the main part of the case.
