iFLY Softside Luggage Accent 28", Black and Green

I took the luggage out for a spin and on it's first roll around the block to the train station, one of the wheels got stuck and stopped spinning abruptly. I was left dragging part of the luggage the rest of the trip. It's a shame because the the rest of the luggage is nice. I was worried about the wheels at first because they looked a little flimsy. My concerns were warranted. Buy at your own risk.

I purchased the 28" iFLY soft sided luggage. I haven't used it yet, but the quality is comparable other spinner luggage in a slightly higher price range. It feels well made. It is very roomy with great features such as 2 shoe pockets, inside zipper pockets and a strap for the clothing. It also is expandable. The color accents are nice too. I looked at other brands in the store and this is a great value for the price!

I just got back from using this bag and it worked great! I was skeptical about the size being enough, but it was way more than expected! Easy to roll around. Definitely recommend!

Nice, stylish bag; however, I think it would have been more wonderful with included lock in bag. Also there are many outside pockets but no option to lock or simply can't lock those pockets which doesn't make sense to me. This is because I have a heard quite a few news of item lost from outside pockets. Make it more secure please

I assume its the latch, the handle is stuck down and won't come back up. Ive tried everything i can think of. Its in great shape except for that issue.

The suitcase is amazing for people that over pack or packing for a long trip. The extra zipper on the outside is to expand for extra space and I LIVE for that

I recently traveled and at the airport the iFLY carry on suite case was difficult to roll as I was making my way to the gate. When I returned home I took a closer look and the wheels were not turning easily which caused the issue. The entire wheel assemblies need to be replaced and the suite case is still under warranty. I hope iFLY will cover it.

I bought iFLY soft sided luggage accent 28" Black and Green in the last min of my trip to ASIA . i packed till it reach 49lbs . we flew from Houston - Taipei - Indonesia round trip . back to United States with no problem . no broken wheel etc . its very light , strong . and GREAT Price too.

I purchased my iFLY luggage a couple of months ago and travel extensively. It has been a great suitcase, I love how light it is! However, running through the airport last week, I broke the back wheel. I contacted customer service and they promptly replied with information that they would send me a replacement wheel and instructions how to repair. Great customer service - appreciate it and love my bag!

I had never heard of iFLY luggage, now that I have found it, particularly the ACCENT Black/Lime, I cant imagine traveling with anything else. Three sizes, double spinner wheels, top, side AND bottom handles, its easy to puck up and load on a plane and in the car. The black and lime color design makes it easy to pick out in baggage claim. It has inside and outside pockets with an amazingly large area to pack your belongings. Did I mention the price? Excellent! ***** 5/5 stars
