iFLY X Series Hardside Luggage Admiral 28, Black

Bought the Xseries Admiral 28” back in 2017 at Walmart. After a few trips one of the rubber feet (see photo below) was loose from abuse by the airlines. So I contacted ifly directly and asked if they would send me a new rubber foot and two screws so that I could replace it. That’s all I asked for as I was perfectly happy to replace it myself. What they did was send me a brand new piece of luggage. Over and above expectations! The lifetime warrenty is for real!

In my experience, iFly Luggage does not stand behind their products. I went into a Walmart store in late October and purchased the iFly X Series Black 2 - Piece Set (20" and 28”) set. I went on a trip to India and I noticed there was a crack in the suitcase when I came home. No other damage but a 3" crack. I taped it up and used it on another trip to India in July. The issue with the crack sat in the back of my mind until about a couple weeks ago and I went online to see if they have a warranty for their suit cases. They do. I filled out the registration form and they rejected it. I didn't have a receipt to send them they said. Well, I don't have the receipt from last year, but my credit card statement shows the purchase, so I sent them a copy of that. Not good enough. They refused to let me register the luggage and refuse to provide any warranty service. What makes one vendor stand above the others is their customer service. From what experienced they don't stand behind their products. I saw similar reviews on Amazon.
