Igloo 1.6-cu ft Refrigerator

I purchased that fridge for the garage so when we grill outside we have closer source of cold water and soft drinks. It perfectly serves the purpose. It is running so far since over a week. It is pretty silent and decent looking. The case had few minor dents which would disturb me in my kitchen but in the garage it is absolutely fine. The red color is very pretty and I believe that is one of the best deals on the market considering look, function and price.

Just the perfect size for my office - holds my bottles of water, soft drinks, and lunch. Keeps everything nice and cold. When it kicks on, it's not too loud either! AND the purple color is fantastic...a little lighter than what the picture shows, but I love it still!!

Nice & compact. I like my beverages VERY cold & this lil' fridge does just that! It comes w. a tiny tiny ice cube tray and a smaller tray for, IDK what fruit? I just wanted something,compact,deep and kept things super cold if I wanted it that way. Now the temp control knob is in an odd spot in the back of the fridge ,behind where the coils are,so if you wanna change the temp you gotta pull out the fridge from the wall. IDC, I want it for cold drinks. This could be a plus feature if you have someone annoying who always fiddles with the fridge temp. , it will keeps their hands OFF! Handle seems a little cheaply made. It was super quiet running with a few 'clicks' every so often, I guess just normal running power surge switching such as an AC or fridge unit if you listen REALLY close; I DO notice every noise, and creak in a house though. I have a large desk & I could totally see putting it under for a work situation for snacks.

This refrigerator was a great buy. It is very quiet and keep everything cool. Everyone comments on how they like the color. I am very happy with my purchase, and as always with Walmart, it was delivered early ( arrived in 2 days) just in time before school started.

I got the orange one for my room and it looks and works fantastic. My only complaints are the legs on the bottom front can be turned to lift it off the surface a little and require a pair of channel locks or a similar tool to turn them. They are really locked in tight on mine. The only other issue is the temperature control. It's located on the back of the unit in a difficult to get to location and is very poorly marked making it hard to tell if you're turning it up or down. Having it inside the unit would make turning it up or down much easier. Other than that it's really nice.

Ordered this refrigerator from WM and had it delivered to my home. The item arrived in a box that was all beaten up. The refrigerator was damaged on the back corner. Plugged it in to see how it sounded and it was quite noisy. Returned to WM for a refund. Decided to try the Black and Decker 1.7 cu ft site to store. I could tell right away that this one was going to be a much better refrigerator. It was nicely packed in an intact box. Took it home and plugged it in. Happy to say that I am extremely pleased with the Black and Decker. The unit is so quiet and began to cool immediately. Have had it for almost 2 weeks now and so far no problems. If you are having trouble deciding which refrigerator to purchase (like I did) then I would definitely recommend the Black and Decker over the Igloo.

Great fridge highly recommended...IF it was packaged better and didn't arrive severely damaged!!! I have yet to receive one in good condition!! After ordering multiple!! I'll keep ordering them until I hopefully get a non damaged one, because it is a great fridge! People complain of the noise, but if it's noisy it's because it's damaged! It's actually a quiet fridge.

it didn't work the day I got it.. we had to take it back to our nearest walmart to exchange it.. they didn't have another igloo Refrigerator so we got a black and decker the same size which cost more.. but we needed one for our camping trip we were taking.. needless to say I wasn't pleased that the item I purchased didn't work and on top of that I had to pay more for another one that was the same size.. I believe that if you buy something online for a certain price and it fails to work or etc and you have to exchange it you should be able to get another item for the same price if its the same size and not have to pay more for the item and the warranty..

The refrigerator looked like what I needed and wanted , but when it arrived it had major dents and bends in the door and side. I had to return it to the store. Then I ordered it again because the store doesn't carry this model. Once again it arrived dented, but this time on the side and bottom so much that it would sit level. I will not order again because I am tired of hauling it to the store to return it. The return process was simple except for the hauling to the store. Apparently the shipper tosses these around in transit.

The box was sent to my house and it seemed like it was an opened/returned product that walmart just decided to resell without repackaging. This was very upsetting to purchase a new product and have it arrive in this condition. I would like to return it to the store, but the reason I ordered online and had it delivered is because I am disabled and not able to lift it. I would like to return it for a "NEW" one that is not opened, but I don't know what I can do because I cannot lift it. Very disappointed in Walmart. I would like a refund for all the hassle. I don't know if it even works since it is a gift and I am not giving the gift until about 3 months down the road here. How am I supposed to give this as a gift when it is wide open. Looks like I am giving a used product to my friend. TERRIBLE Julie
