Igloo 18 oz Stainless Steel Insulated Travel Mug, Red

I had poured a cold drink in it early this afternoon, set it on my side table and got busy. i remembered it about an hour and a half later, flipped the lid open, ice cold drink. The handle is great, because i have occasional issues with picking up things. Next, i will try it with a hot drink, my expectations are very high.

We received this Igloo camp mug a week ago. I've enjoyed it so far. It has been really nice to have it for camping. I like to drink hot tea when it gets cold at night. The mug keeps it hot for about six hours, and keeps water cold in the daytime for about 12 hours. So it is nice to have on a long hike as well to help me cool down. I like to bring a mug like this when I go skiing on a cold winter day and sip some hot tea on the ski lifts. I am hoping to go skiing a lot this year and bring this mug with me. This one is 18 fl oz. I wish it was a little bigger. But since it is not very big I usually put it in the backpack side pocket, and it is good to have it close by. It seems to be spill-proof. It is of good quality and it seems like it will last a long time. I am happy about the overall of the product. I would recommend this camp mug to my friends and family or anyone who likes to go outdoors.

Perfect size for on the go coffee or an iced tea. Great for camping too! IGLOO always makes quality products and this one is no reject by far. I would recommend to anyone that want's to keep your drink cold or hot.

This is a nice economical vacuum insulated camp mug by Igloo. Its light weight, sturdy, stainless steel with a handle and closable drinking lid. I am not sure how the vacuum insulation compares to other brands like Yeti, but any vacuum insulation is still far better than not having any for keeping coffee hot and ice drinks cold for longer than 1 hour. It takes me hours to finish my coffee, and any old fashion coffee mug will be cold in less than an hour.

I docked a star because white paint is falling off already. I like it because it's dishwasher safe but I only hand wash it. The lid for the drink hole isn't great at stopping spills.

I have already used this Igloo mug in the morning with coffee. It's keeps the coffee hot when you put the lid on the mug. I like the handle and use it frequently. The mug does get hot so it is best to use the handle. The quality of this product is good and it looks expensive. I recommend it.

I personally really like the size and feel of this cup in my hand. The smooth surface of the cup makes it easy to wash off any dirt. However, when my husband uses the cup he says that the handle just gets in the way, it is not comfortable to hold on too . ( He has large hands.) He also found that if the cap was not screwed on really tight the mouth piece does not align correctly and it is awkward. I would recommend this mug, but my husband would not.

I have used this as a coffee mug. I love the size, it’s not too big and not too small. It keeps my coffee at a good temperature, not too hot some like some mugs do. The lid screws on and that’s a huge plus because that means if you accidentally drop it the lid doesn’t fly off. I think the opening could be a little larger or shaped better to fit your mouth. The only real downside to this mug is the handle. It is too narrow for me to be able to grip very well so it has a tendency to twist in my hand. It is for that reason I stopped using it. Despite that, it is still a great mug and I would recommend it for anyone who doesn’t have grip problems.

I recently purchased the 18oz Camp Mug. While the size is great and it keeps my coffee hot, I must say that the design of the lid is completely awkward! No matter where I start in screwing on the lid, it always lands in the same position right by the handle. If I tighten it a little more, I can get it past the handle, but it's still quite difficult to comfortably drink. Also, I don't understand how it's "ergonomically designed with comfort in mind." The handle is so thin it's difficult to grasp and, as mentioned above, doesn't align with the drink spout. I purposely purchased this mug because it has a handle, and it's the worst part of the mug. Very disappointed overall.

This a first negative review I have ever done. The top of the mug screws on and leaks unless I really put the pressure on. I guess I tightened it too much and had to beat it off with a hammer and it shattered everywhere and it is still screwed on.! Keeping things cold, great. It does do that. Now its in the recycle bin and I have to look for another one.
