We are pleased with this purchase. Makes ice quickly, but in very small amounts at a time. Its a little noisy. It does what it claims to do, so if your expectations are reasonable you will be happy with it.

A great alternative for those who don't have an ice maker in their fridge! It doesn't take up a ton of room, and it is super cute and functional. I really like the cubes it makes and it also is great for parties! I am writing this review as part of a contest.

There's only one problem keeping it from a 5-star rating: It doesn't keep the ice frozen for long. You need to put the ice in a freezer or somewhere else to keep it from quickly melting.

The Igloo ice maker has met my expectations for making ice. I have only had a couple of weeks so as far as long term I cannot comment at this time. I bought to make ice and then transfer to my refrigerator freezer compartment. Since ice maker in refrig doesn't work this is cheaper than replacing refrigerator ice maker. It is a little noisy but not that big a deal for me. I'll give it 4 stars since it's new and cannot comment on how well it does over time.

if you live in an apartment do not order when it shipped the shipper didn't bother putting the apartment number just street address so fedex delivered it to the wrong building had to call maintenance guy to let me in other building to get it other than that the product is great looks nice on countertop and makes ice pretty fast

It's a nice product. It makes ice. It's slow at it. But what Thought it would so that it does not is keeps the ice cool. I wanted an ice maker so I would not take up room in the refrigerator with trays and such. Well this has a small basket when it's full you have to empty and put in the freezer. It will continue to make ice. I hope they can improve this for holding and keeping ice cool until used. It would then make the product great

I love the ice maker itself but the first one came and it didn't work at all. I got this in September and just 5 months it is broke. Stuck on “ice full” indicator and won't make ice. I read this is common. There were tips to reset it but it didn't work.

Turned it on first day out of box. No ice! Had to return it! This is my second one that did not work.

We purchased on May 3, 2021. Less than 4 months it stopped producing ice. I read Manuel and followed directions on what to do if ice stops producing. It did not fix the machine. The warranty is only good for 90 days. Just missed the cut off by a few. 8/20/21. I would not purchase this unless you get the extended warranty. Worked great for 3 months. Too much money spend for this product to have it stop working in a 4 month time span.

This ice maker worked great the day I received it. Three weeks later I got it out and plugged it in but it wouldn't work. Thought maybe I was doing something wrong so I unplugged it, reread the instructions again, and it still would not work and make ice cubes. I paid a good price for this merchandise and service policy that only worked one time for me and Walmart Store in Warrensburg MO told me t o bring it in and they'd exchange it. But they didn't!
