Igloo 48 QT Laguna Hard Sided Ice Chest Cooler, Blue

A friend of ours in Maryland has a little stand outside for delivery personnel. We thought it was a good idea so bought this cooler and now have bottled water and assorted chips and crackers stored there for delivery personnel or even anyone stopping by. It seems everyone likes the idea and we may put ice in the cooler at times to keep the bottled water cool. We may even put a couple bottles of frozen water in to keep the cooler cool on very hot days.

The only thing that this cooler doesn't have is a drainage plug..you hafta pour the excess water out yourself...But it keeps your beverages cold and meats as well..It has good sturdy handles and it's perfect for vacation trips and picnics or family gatherings, ballgames %26 etc..

I really wasn't expecting much at this price. I just needed it to transport food for a two hour drive. Three days later the ice was barely melted and I was able to use this same ice for the trip home. I love it! Beyond pleased. No drain hole which I knew. Not needed for this size.

Very good quality for the price. This cooler is not cheaply made, which impressed me. I remember having this kind of cooler 30 years ago and was very pleased with it then and I'm very pleased with it now if you are looking for a good cooler, I recommend this one. The only thing that I would like to seen on this were wheels to make it easier to move around,

For the price, and for simply kerping items cold, this does a fantastic job. I placed a 24 pound bag of ice on a Wednesday and it was still vold on Saturday. There is no drain spigot, but it's small enough to tip to drain! Small enough to fit two in the trunk of a Honds Civic and leave room for additional items! I had all my food prep for a large party in two coolers.

I was looking for a new low cost ice chest and I had two of these before that did a great job for many years so I decided to buy a new one. Same great quality, great low price and they do the job. I can keep my sodas cold for three days and still have ice left over at the end of a long weekend. The only thing I miss from the old ice chests is a drain. It would be a nice addition but there is usually problems with leaking so I'm okay that this ice chest does not have a drain. I would recommend this low cost ice chest for your cooling needs.

The color of this Coleman Cooler is a beautiful light blue. Perfect for the beach. I purchased this one to increase the amount of frozen and cold food to transport for camping. The food was already frozen and stacked with appropriate ice and cooler chillers. The meat was still frozen when I got to my destination. Once emptied and placed into a refrigerator we used it to keep drinks cold. It works as advertised.

Pre chilled this ice chest. The first use I put in a 1 pack of pop and 6 bottles of water with 10 lbs of ice. It melted before 10 hours was up. The night I put in another 12 pack and 30 lbs of ice and it melted within 16-24 hours. There is no drain. The only plus is that it is extremely light weight (empty) Igloo has fell off big time with their products.

Was a wide crack In the back behind lid where it connects...crack was so large u could see inside the cooler..Bought right before leaving for a camping trip, We had no time to replace took it on camping trip constantly had to refill with ice. You can literally see down inside the cooler.

This cooler is horrible. with 3 bags of ice couldnt keep anything cool not even 24 hours! Our refrigerator went out. needed a good cooler for 2 weeks. we lost all our food overnight with this cooler. By the morning everything was warm. cheese was full of warm water. It didnt even last 24 hours of keeping things cool. GARBAGE!
