Igloo 50 qt. Hard Sided Ice Chest Cooler White

I haven't had opportunity yet to check out the ice retention. Hoping all the input that I've had will show that it meets rated values

Sexy looking cooler. Fit perfectly in the teardrop camper I was building.

I received the cooler dirty and the door no close properly.

Is a good boat cooler. Bought it for its features and use on the boat. Ice retention is ok. If you are mostly concerned with ice retention then pick a different cooler, something with thicker insulation. Took on the boat for 8 hrs, 4 hrs in the back of truck under the cover on an 83 degree day. Then put the cooler in the garage to see how long ice would last. After 72 hours total all the ice was gone but water still very cold. Did not condition the cooler and did not fill completely with ice. Awesome day cooler or good for a short weekend. You won't get much more than a day of Ice out of this cooler on a 90 degree day with beverages being pulled out all the time. Is sturdy and well built, am a big dude and I can sit on it with no issues. Buy it for what it is a nice boat cooler if you need long term ice retention pick a different cooler.

I was originally looking at the IMX line, but it only comes larger or smaller than this 50 qt. In my opinion, 50qt is perfect: you can pack it right for a long trip, or throw some beers on a ton of ice. Either way this cooler has all the features you could want, hold cold super well, and comes with an inside basket and cutting board: cherry on the Sunday.

I stored this under my truck bed cover Where the high everyday was 120 and low was 80 overnight for 4days with drinks and dove I shot I might have lost the ice at the end of day 3 on day 4 it was still 34 degrees until I got home so it performed way better than I expected

Got the cooler and loaded it down the first day. Was impressed with ice retention. Kept ice for several days even with 90 degree outside temperature. I'd definitely recommend igloo to anyone in the market.

First time use was on a camping trip and ice retention was great compared to our igloo cube. I would definitely buy another.

Good product, doesn't hold ice quite as long as expected. All of the additional features make up for it. Looks good too

Built like a tank and holds ice very well.
