Igloo 6 Gallon Camping Water Storage Container, Blue

I bought two of these when our well quit working.. I have young children and hauling water from our neighbor's house in gallon jugs wasn't cutting it after about two days. I used these and they're so durable and made in the US which is great! Very cost effective and easy to pour. Highly recommend having these on hand for emergencies or camping trips!

I use these containers for the onboard water system in the trailers I build. Their physical size makes them easy to find a place for, and the drain and fill tubes fit through the caps tightly so no water spills while the trailer is moving.

If you want a portable/potable 6 gallon water container, this may be it. I had it lying in the cabin of my boat, on the cuddy cushions, for a few days. To my surprise, it did not leak. I was puzzled by the push-pull vent, as I did not see how it could actually vent. But, it worked perfectly and, it does not come out of the jug. It is nice that it has two handles, one on the top and one on the side. Easier for toting, moving and pouring. Of course, the spout and cap gasket/seal seem a little flimsy, but that is to be expected and we'll see how long and well they will hold up. The container itself seems to be sturdy enough. I got it on sale so, that was a plus. A caveat emptor: Full it weighs 50 pounds!!

I have a few of these water jugs, but I dropped a full one and punched a hole near the bottom. I tried repairing it, but the repair didn't hold so I simply bought a replacement. These are pretty heavy-duty and take a beating. The online price was better than the in-store price, so I ordered a new one online with some other items and picked up everything at my local store pick-up area. Fast and easy!

I like this 6 gallon size over another brand I have which is a 7 gallon. The reasons are for one the container shape allows for better storage in my storage closet. The second being the built in handles make it easier to move when full. The last is 6 gallons is less weight. I'm happy with my purchase

We used two of these on a 5 person canoe trip. Worked great. The plastic was a bit thin, as I dont think these will last for many years, but perhaps several. The spout stows inside when you aren't using it - which is convenient but also leads to questionable sanitation when putting the spout back into your clean water after using the jug out in camp.

When it arrived it was cracked on the bottom

Not sealed at top. Hole in it. Leaks water. Customer Service at Igloo very rude and not helpful. Igloo which used to be reliable is now JUNK. I would definitely buy another brand.

They promised delivery on 09/30/26 but I still haven't gotten my purchase and tacking indicates it's still not out for delivery.
