This product was great! I read the other review, and I couldn't disagree more. I make sure the drain plug is closed and it will not leak!! I have used it more then 10 times in car filled up to and from places and on trips. AMAZING value and keeps the ice cold. LOVE IT! Strongly reccommend. My friend just bought the same one, and she strongly agrees too!!
The cooler did it's job better than I ever expected. I live in HOT HOT PHX! and never thought a cooler could do it's job in a place hotter than...... I had the cooler outside in over 100 degree temp for over 5hrs. I still had a lot of ice (not much water) and ALL my drinks & food was COLD! & I saw the same cooler; little smaller size @ costco for $15 more. so it was even a good buy too. yeah!!!!
this more than exceeded our expectations- It is a really handy cooler to have for large gatherings
I bought this online when I couldn't find a large enough cooler in my Wal-mart store. It was exactly the same price I had seen in the store on smaller coolers and the shipping was free! I use it to store groceries in when I shop at more than one store and it keeps the food cool and it holds a lot of food too. I highly recommend this cooler.
We have had our cooler for about 5 years now and have taken the cooler to summer party's, family gatherings, tailgate party's, the beach, camping and block parts. The 60 quarts is a perfect size for a good among of drinks and ice. We considered a bigger cooler but really no reason. Used the cooler all week long in extreme heat and humidity in early July and left the cooler outside all week and only had to add a bag of ice each day. Most times the cooler is used for a full day function and three bags of ice is more then enough probably two would work. The wheels work fine- however someone used the cooler as a seat and I did not stop the and the metal rod bent - we straighten it somewhat and no issues. I prefer this style cooler as its square stance keeps it from ever tipping. Has holes for keeping the top secure with bungee cords but we never needed to use them except once to keep critters from entering them in a campground. The water plug has not leaked once. The only aging factor is some minor cracks appearing in the front ( about 10 vertical 2" cracks with two of them that cracked through. No biggy as I may cover them with red duct tape going forward. Bottom line very useable cooler. I would prefer buying two more exactly like this cooler then buy one large 150 to 200 quart cooler. Just not necessary.
I bought this cooler to take on a summer road trip. After the first day, it soaked my car and everything in its vicinity. The drain is nice to get rid of melted ice water, however, it has leaked everytime we have used it, so we rarely use it anymore. The handle and wheels are one nice thing about it, but they don't matter as we aren't able to use it anyway.
