I loved this cooler. I used it this past weekend to go to an amusement park in 96 degree heat. It worked beautifully. My food was ice cold. I did freeze several bottles of water to use as well as pre frozen ice packs. I don't think it would have lasted 12 hours in the heat because the ice packs were small. The water bottles we were not able to use because the ice inside the bottle never melted. We thought by the time we were ready to eat we would have ice water, not a solid block of ice. There was only a little bit of water at the bottom, maybe a tablespoon. After 6 hours I was shocked and delighted at how cold everything was. No leaking at all and the canvas material it is made of works great to support the weight of all of our food and drinks. We didn't finish all our food. When we got home the ice packs were no longer frozen but my water bottles were still were. So we put all ice packs and frozen water bottles back into the freezer and used them the next day at the park once again. I know that a cooler can do so much, you can't expect miracles no matter the brand. But it you pack it carefully and use a few extra frozen water bottles, you too will be delighted with the results. The fault is not in this cooler, it's in the thin ice packs that companies sell that don't last very long. So adding a few frozen ice water bottles helped the ice packs last much longer and saved my food. I can't tell you how thankful I was that even in 95 degree heat, we had cold food and drinks to cool us down. My only critique is that the bag, while soft sided, doesn't really collapse completely flat for storage. But that is such a minor thing when you realize it's because the thick insulation that is the real miracle. I totally love this cooler.

I like the variety of colors, I got this one because I felt the other two would attract the sun instead of repel it. The boyfriend used it when backyard camping in 40 degree weather. Stayed cold with ice for the 3 days we were out there. Only downside is that once the ice melts it does leak. Only noticed it a full day after the ice had completely melted and had been sitting awhile. It does get heavy with ice and drink inside.

I love the look of this insulated cooler. It holds alot of stuff. Took it on the board over the 4th of July weekend - filled with water, tea and alochol. The fabric handles make it easy to carre. Everyone wanted to know where I got it. However the opening is rather narrow making it difficult to get stuff into the bag.

the bag leaks. it has plenty of room for for cans and soda and a bag of ice but it doesnt hold the ice for very long before it starts to melt. very disappointed

I was going to keep this even though it didn't arrive in time but I was not impressed with the quality of it
