It arrived earlier than expected which was wonderful. And the directions for starting the product, i.e., cleaning, etc., were very easy to follow. I like the size of the ice and the texture...I'm hooked on the ice these countertop icemakers produce. LOL

It is a high quality icemaker, and it is not too loud, and makes a good size ice. It is self cleaning also which is a plus.

Good ice maker
So far so good. I can fill up my fairly large ice holder in a few hours. I dry it out when I am done and run a cleaning cycle every other week or so. Farily quiet except when the ice dumps and even that isnt horribly loud.

have only had this 1 month it stopped working..
So Sad...I Really like this..was so cool... then it just quit working? Only have had it 1 month...only used it for a couple hrs a day.. just to make a gallon baggie of ice cubes and then turned it off. Bought the extra insurance... But It should still be under the manufacturers warrenty... How do I return this? I had it Shipped here? am 70 yrs old, need you to guide me through this procedure... please!!
