Great Cooler – Keeps Everything Cold! I'm very happy with this Igloo cooler. It's sturdy, spacious, and keeps drinks and food cold for hours. Perfect for the beach, road trips, or family outings. The handles are strong and easy to grip, and the lid closes tightly. Definitely recomme
I purchased this cooler because it has a latch in which to open it. Most other coolers do not operate this way. I can open it one handed, when it is empty! Which is impossible with coolers without a hatch. I use this cooler in my car when grocery shopping-so I don't always have two free hands to pry open the cooler. Walmart comes through again!
Nice and light weight cooler. Made in the USA! I am an Igloo fan because they have been around since 1947 and still going strong.
This cooler maintains ice for three days. I use it for camping mostly. It definitely has superior insulation.
Great cooler for the price, keeps ice for days!
Love it does a really good job
Looks great. Very functional size. Comfortable to carry. Works fine and great value at $34 compared to Yeti's and such...
This is a good cooler with good features, like comfortable carrying handles, a LATCH, a stainless wire that supports the lid in the exact right position when open, a good size, and a great price. It's very hard to find coolers with actual latches. It is a rather weak latch, but all the reasonably priced cooler latches are now (except for the classic metal Coleman), I guess because of safety concerns. The latch presses onto a plastic post which I'm sure will wear down and not latch eventually. I also appreciate the all-white color, which stays cooler better than any other color under the fierce Arizona sun (even better than silver). The walls of the cooler are not all that thick, so I'm not sure how long it will keep ice. It seems all coolers are like that (unless you spend the big bucks, hundreds). The drain plug presses shut, it's not threaded but that should be just fine. I've never had one of those types of plugs fail to hold in water even when the cooler's really old. I haven't been able to test the cooler for ice-life yet, cuz I went on a trip to the cool country.
The handles are “pop in” so they fall out all the time. The hinge on the lid has also popped out.
This is not 54qrt smaller than 50qrt we already have
