Igloo Retro Barrel of Fun 2 Gallon Jug

Great beverage dispensers for parties. I bought 4 in different colors (water, tea, lemonade/flavored tea and booze). I haven't used them yet but unlike old reviews I didnt have an immediate problem with the paint or the sticker affecting the logo and I was able to remove the sticker without issue. Overall I'm very happy with the purchases.

We bought this cooler for a party and it was a hit! Everyone was asking where to buy it! It kept our drink cold and fresh the entire party! It will also be a perfect addition on camping trips for keeping our water! I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Used this for our festival camping weekend and the ice lasted several days with highs in the mid-80's (kept in the shade). I bought it because it was cute and affordable so the performance was a nice surprise! The seal and lid locking handle worked great and it never leaked! I was worried it was too small but it ended up being perfect for 2 campers and 4 days. Going to buy another one so the kids can upgrade their lemonade stand style this summer.

Cooler arrived and I will enjoy using it. It will be just right for upcoming hot weather we have here in MS. A small easily transported cooler that won't weigh much when full. The colors are a bit loud but that is no biggie. I'm glad to have it!

I'll start by saying I love this drink cooler! I've already used it and it works perfectly for water, lemonade, or other drinks. Only problem I have is that the “Barrel of Fun” that appears to be painted on was already coming off when I opened the package. After one wash/use it was nearly gone. Maybe they could figure out a better way to put that on there so it stays. Other wise I'm happy with the jug and the way it functions.

It is a cute cooler, but I finally hand washed it today so we could use it and the "Barrel of Fun" started peeling off. Never used and already looks junky.

Haven't used the barrel but it doesn't look up to the IGLOO standards I'm used to. The lettering in the front is faded and will likely rub off after the first wash. The handle has know type section that seem to be to keep the cover tight on the barrel, however, the knobs are the same material as the handle and are so tight that every time you lift the handle to "lock" the cover the knobs scrape against the cover and this wears the knobs down. Unsure how long these knobs will last until they're so worn down that they won't help in keeping the cover tight and/or likely have indentations on the cover where the knobs scrape it. Thinking about returning it.

This jug looks amazing and is retro as anything but the lining is popping out a bit and it looks like it is because of the way the adhesive was placed. Because of this the top will not go snug to the barrel and the lid gets scratch when you move the handle on top to lock it. I am also concerned that it will not have good insilation as it is possible the vacuum has broken by the lining not being in the proper place. I would not buy these online again and would look to buy something similar in store.
