Igloo Retro Water Cooler, Bottom-Load Water Dispenser for 3-5 gal Bottles with Child Safety Lock, Black

I bought this as a gift for my son and g/f, after he left the hospital , because he was too frail to carry cases w water into their apartment. It has been a total success. Even though he is getting stronger, they still like the convenience to have it at home. Well made , easy to install. Great purchase

Bought for Christmas gift and daughter returned and Walmart put my money back i On my card and all she wanted was a new one that worked. What kind of gift is it if the receiver can't do what they want with it. So unhappy. My daughter sent it back to store and now waiting on refund. I will update if there is a probably getting my daughters money for the gift I bought her.

The dispenser is very slow at dispensing water. The hot water tank seems small since it empties with about a small cup and a half of water. The dispenser has no light, so you cannot see when water will overflow into your container. There is also insufficient depth to hold a medium cup or glass, so half of the water will overflow into the dispenser tray below.

Pours out water very slow.

Both hot and cold functions work well and the machine is quiet enough for having in the bedroom.

Love the bottom loading!! Easy to use

So far has been working great no noise and really cold water and hot water as well love it. Was easy to set up and got here on time. Very satisfied

It doesnt work.No water comes out of either water spout

The dispenser works great. It has a small dent on the side of it and gives me a eye sore but beyond that....im satisfied.

I really like that I no longer have to lift the bottles and get water everywhere..Water comes out colder than my other one
