Igloo Water Cooler, Bottom-Load Water Dispenser for 3-5 gal Bottles with Removable Dip Tray, Stainless

Hello, this is the second IGLOO water cooler I have owned. The first one quit cooling water at the 2 year mark, the company will not stand behind the unit, so get the insurance. It is well worth the $25.00 for a 3 year coverage. BTW this unit is not an IGLOO covered item, it is Nostalgia Products, that handles all claims, FYI. Over all it is a good looking product, and is quiet when the compressor is running to cool the water. I did purchase 2 of these, so I would recommend purchasing this unit.

We hesitated on this purchase because of other reviews commenting on how noisy this device is. The Igloo name, the price, and the fact it accepts 3 or 5 gallon bottles made us take a chance. The noise, we can hear it kick on but for us, it's minimal. Having 3 temperature settings is a great fit for our needs. We love the convenience of the machine. We tasted the “plastic taste the first few times we used it. We no longer taste it. Great purchase for our home.

I didn't know what to expect from this item, as my last water cooler was a top load. I wanted something that would be easier for me and my children to change the heavy bottles. The bottom load feature is great. It eliminates the heavy lifting. The ease of setup was also nice. It comes with both a long and short uptake pipe so that you can use 5 gallon bottles or smaller. The problem, for us, is that it doesn't empty the bottle completely. The uptake pipe is fastened correctly, but it always leaves at least ½L of water per bottle. Luckily, that is my only complaint, so far. We dont use the hot water feature, but the cold water dispenser works well, too. The leftover water issue, as small as it is, is my only complaint thus far. Because of this, I would, in fact, recommend this item. It is a reasonably priced, basic option for someone looking for a bottom load water cooler.

Great experience. It is a Igloo BOTTOM LOADING water dispenser, FedEx delivered 1/13/2024, arrived early than planned. It is larger than my old water dispenser - that one were top loading, I lost a 5 gallon bottle of water before I realized the machine were leaking. For the new water dispenser, there were no visible damages to the box or the machine. Nice color. At this time, I believe it is a bargain. Hot. Cold and Room temperature water. The bottled water is placed inside the dispenser on the bottom, there is a spigot, you clean. I have a 3 and 5 gallon spigot. I've uploaded 2 photos of the machine.

Cold and hot are good temperatures. Having the room temperature option is nice. When the water is pulling up it does have a bitnof noise and i find unlike the top loads there is a bit of water left over in the jug that needs to be poured out at the end.

The cold water never worked. had to return.

I ordered this , didn't see the warning, and it said it was shipped in 10 minutes of ordering it, so I couldn't find another, the hot water button sticks , child safety, I have no kids, and this hurts my fingers to hold the button down to get my coffee going, then it took weeks to get here, don't recommend this product

This item was delivered open and broken. The door was broken and the back panel bent. I purchased this item a few months age and Wal-Mart would not take it back and the seller put the blane on Wal-Mart. I have been on a ping-pong situation where I have returned this item via FedEx, confirmed that item was received and yet no refund has been issued. very disappointed with these services.

Unfortunately not much luck with this water cooler. It starts beeping and then spilling water all over. We have tried everything to troubleshoot this problem with no luck.

The water dispenser arrived with scratch and broken power button, I haven't tried it yet because we haven't buy water yet. We plan to buy soon so we could try if it still working despite of one broken button. Then we will decide to return it. Will come back again and change my reviews.
