it took me 3 ice machines to get the one for me. My main concern was the water and how large ice basket was. This machine holds a little over 1/2 gallon of water and the ice basket is twice as big as the others

Love the ice maker. Works as iit should. Puts out a great quantity of ice and quickly.

It works great. We use a lot of ice year round and this keeps up with the demand.

Encourages my toddler triplets to drink more water.

I do not like the fact that it doesn't keep your ice cold. You would think that an ice machine would keep ice cold, but if you do not get it out of the bucket it will melt.

I was sorely disappointed in this Igloo product! I didn't have this a month until the flap that drops the ice out into the inner bucket stuck! It wouldn't lift UP like it was supposed to do and it didn't “signal” the next response… Igloo is supposed to be such a great brand and has been for me in the past! But everything else about this machine was great! The cube size and the speed at which the ice was made were more than impressive!

Down. Walmart not helpful with replacing it even after er buying warranty

The ice maker keeps saying that the ice tray is full when it hardly has any ice in it. I checked to make sure nothing was blocking the sensors and nothing was blocking it. I should of bought another brand like I had before, will not buy this brand again.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT! I've had this unit for 3 weeks %26 started saying add water/not pumping water. I've reached out to customer service their only advice was to bring it back where I bought it, they where no help either. Very angry customer who wasted money.

Bought April 11, 2025 and stopped working. Can't return, I will try to reach out to the manufacture to see what they can do.
