I'd only ever eaten two of the cheeses in this selection, Gorgonzola and Gouda--or thought I had. This selection is a peephole into the wonderful tastes of the world of cheeses. If, like me (before this introduction, at least), your cheese world consists of American, mild cheddar, Swiss, and if you're feeling adventurous, Blue and some sort of imitation Feta on your salad, be brave and give this selection a try. I don't think you'll regret it--I sure didn't.

They really enjoyed the gift of cheese and thought it was a good amount - both quantity and quality were great! My only concern was the lack of communication between Igourmet and myself when I kept getting notices that my order was going to take about 3 weeks to deliver! When I called, I received a message to go to the website to send any concerns and they never responded! But then the delivery showed up within a few days and much less time than I was quoted and so all was good!

My brother-in-law loves cheese, so I ordered this gift for him for his birthday. He told me it arrived when expected and was packed perfectly. The day it arrived it was 100 degrees in his home town, yet the cold pack was absolutely cold. He and his wife have sent me a text everytime they try one of the sampler and are thrilled at how good each cheese is. I would recommend this as a wonderful gift!

We were thrilled with the quality of the cheeses that we ordered. We ordered quite a bit for a rehearsal dinner. The cheese arrived on time and still chilled. Our guests were very impressed with the quality and variety of cheeses. Highly recommended!

All of these cheeses were great. They were in ample sizes and packed very well so were very fresh when I recieved them. I am thoroughly enjoying them all. This was a fantastic gift and I would highly recommend it as a gift, or as a treat to yourself! AWSOME!

We got the Cheese sampler for Christmas and I was so impressed with it, I ordered one to be sent as a gift. It was all cheese, no little candies, crackers, that cost more to ship than they are worth. I love cheese and unusual ones at that. Each weighted about about a half of a pound or more! This is the BEST gift for foodies. I will be using them to give nice food gifts to my friend in the future! All of our sample were exceptional!

I bought this assortment as a treat for our family to invite friends over this summer in Nantucket. It's a great selection and the cheese is high quality. The portion sizes were nice and lasted through several dinner parties. It was a huge hit for all! I will purchase this item again and have recommended it to my mother, as well.

I purchased this sampler for a second time as a gift. The family I sent it to really enjoyed it both times. It was shipped when I asked and arrived in great condition. I also purchased crackers to go along with the sampler. My son suggested that this time I not purchase the $20 basket to put the items in, as the cheeses are taken out of it in order to refrigerate anyway. So, I purchased additional cheese instead.

Last year was our first time of ordering a cheese assortment for our family's holiday gathering. Everyone was so delighted with the selection and quality that they requested it again this year. I think that sharing this assortment at our most important family gathering will now become part of our tradition, year after year. In both orders, the package arrived promptly, in excellent condition. The assortment and quality of the cheeses was superb and caused a lot of comments like: "oh, oh, oh....you gotta try this one", "mmmm....so good", "I can't pick a favorite, they're all so good." Thanks for making this treat available for our enjoyment.

The cheeses were varied in style and flavors, all fresh except the Coach Farms goat cheese. It was gray in color with a quarter-sized center that was ivory. I suspect it was overaged. I would order this again in hopes that the goat cheese would be white, soft and creamy.
