This Classic Gift Basket was a Christmas gift for my Mom. Based on her reaction, the assortment of gourmet food selections was terrific. She especially loved the English toffees, which must have been a substitution.

All of the products included in this basket were wonderful. Living in a hot climate I was nervous about the condition this would arrive in, but it was in perfect condition and right on time.

The gift was received on the exact time, wonderful! the recipients were very happy and they told me so.

My baskets were gifts. Family receiving one gift enjoyed the items. They particularly liked the Gouda cheese. The second family did not get the gift on time. It had to be sent again so I've not heard how they liked the gift or felt about getting it after Christmas. It was a problem with the shipping company. If you are sending the gift any distance, you might want to make sure the shipper is reliable.

We live in Switzerland and recently ordered a basket to be shipped to Canada. We received a guarantee that it would arrive BEFORE or ON the 23rd of December but it did not arrive until the 30th! Customer service was slow to respond and when they finally did, they told me that UPS had lost the basket - but then we found out that it has been delivered! Although our family did enjoy it once it arrived, I would not recommend using this company for shipping to Canada. Overall it was not a positive experience for us.

I ordered on 12/9 - delivery required for 12/22 - for Gift. I was never notified of any delay ... when I found out it had not been delivered in 12/22 I called amd they did delivery will be 12/28 - this gift was for an elderly woman who was using for a party ... that evening. I will very disappointed ... and had to order on 12/23 from another vendor who DID deliver a basket on 12/24 with less than 24 hour notice.

Ordered well before Christmas as a gift and up paid for the delivery. Paid way too much for delivery but want the gift delivered before Christmas. Was disappointed when I learned the package won't arrive until just after New Years. Even more disappointed when the package didn't arrive until mid Jan. No communication about crediting me for shipping cost or anything. Why would I ever order again from here or recommend you to anyone??? Not sure my personal message was included?? Nothing but disappointment!!!!
