The selection and quality of snacks in this basket are excellent. As with other gift items we have purchased from iGourmet, the non-recyclable injection foam packing is very effective but environmentally terrible. If this were a biodegradable substance, it would be fine. As it is, I cannot ethically continue to order from iGourmet given the amount of non-degradable landfill material involved.

I ordered a birthday gift in December to be delivered in January. Not only did the order not arrive on time, I never received any proactive communication. I had to call to check up on the status. I sent an email to the company on my disappointment and never heard back. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this company and I'll never use them again.
