iHealth Lite Wireless Scale Bluetooth Weight BMI iPhone/Android Brand New Box

My ihealth scale arrived a couple days ago. The scale is designed very nicely. Its white and thin yet built very solid and strong. Being white it will match any bathroom or rooms décor. The scale is powered by batteries and it comes with 4 AAA batteries so its ready to be used right out of the box. My only issue was trying to setup a account on my ipad4. Every time I tried it would come up "Time out" as soon as I would hit the setup account button. When I tried the scale without the app the scale gave me a very low weight. After 2 days of fiddling with it I was about to declare it defective. I decided to give it one last try and download the app on my iPhone. It worked! As soon as the app was installed it linked up to the scale. I discovered the scale comes set to kilograms, As soon as the app connects to the scale it changes to pounds. The display is nice and large and adjusts to the room brightness so its very easy to read. The ihealth app will display your weight and IBM as well as keep track of them. The app will also show graphs with past weights storing up to 200 of them showing your progress that are very easy to share with your friends, trainer or doctor. Over all a great scale that is easy to use, built well and looks great.

I SIMPLY LOVE THIS SCALE AND I AM SO HAPPY I FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK AFTER TRYING SEVERAL TIMES AND EXPERIENCE AND SEE WHAT THE CHART TELLS ME. THIS iHEALTH WIRELESS SCALE GAVE ME A HARD WAY TO CONNECT BUT TODAY IT FINALLY WORKED WITH THE SAMSUNG NOTE 4 ANDROID PHONE. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS SCALE YOU CAN TRACK YOUR WEIGHT AND YOUR BMI AND YOU CAN LIST IT AND COMPARE EVERY TIME YOU GO ON THE SCALE AND MONITOR YOUR HEALTH. AND YOU CAN EVEN SHOW ALL YOUR RESULTS TO THE DOCTORS AS WELL FROM THE DEVICE THAT YOU DOWNLOADED THE APP ON. IT TELLS YOU THE TIME AND DATE AND YEAR AND MONTH AND ALSO YOU CAN ADD NOTES TO YOUR WEIGHT RESULTS. IT'S PRETTY COOL BUT FOR ME I HAD A HARD TIME TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK ON MY IPAD MINI THE DEVICE WOULD NOT SUPPORT IT NOR COLLECT FOR SOME REASON IT WOULDN'T WORK AT ALL. THE SET BUTTON FOR ME WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND DUE TO THE COLOR THAT BLENDED WITH THE BACKGROUND. IT SHOULD OF BEEN ANOTHER COLOR SO IT COULD OF BEEN MUCH EASIER TO FIND THE SET BUTTON THAT IS WHERE THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT IS LOCATED AT. I TOOK THE ORIGINAL BATTERIES OFF AND ON LIKE 3 TIMES BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T PAIR ON THE DEVICE THAT I WAS USING. MAKE SURE YOU SCAN THE QR CODE TO INSTALL THE APP. MAKE SURE YOUR WIFI AND THE BLUE TOOTH IS CONNECTED AS WELL .I LIKE HOW THEY MADE THIS SCALE ITS VERY NICE THE CLEAR STYLE WHERE YOU STEP ON THE SCALE ITS VERY PRETTY. AND THE SCALE IS NOT LIGHT ITS PRETTY HEAVY AS WELL. FOR THE PRICE I FIND IT TO BE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT OVERALL YES I DO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I JUST WISH THIS SCALE WOULD ALSO WORK WITHOUT THE DEVICES AS A REGULAR SCALE DOES BUT IT DON'T UNFORTUNATELY. WHEN DOING THIS YOU MUST HAVE LOTS OF PATIENCE AS WELL, BECAUSE YOU MIGHT HAVE TO DO IT SEVERAL TIMES AND TAKE OFF AND ON THE BATTERIES TOO, BECAUSE THE PAIRING HAS TO CONNECT CORRECTLY TO YOUR DEVICE PLEASE READ THE MANUAL VERY CAREFULLY TOO.

I tossed out my old fashioned basic scale and now have upgraded to this amazing new modern wireless scale! I love that it has bluetooth and it tracks my weight and BMI. This scale motivates and helps me even more to get and stay healthy. I liked that there was a QR code on the box and in the quick start guide where I could just scan to download the free "iHealth My Vitals" companion app, and the instructions to register and set up my I Healthcare ID were really easy to follow. I really liked that the batteries were included with the scale. I hate it when you get a gift or purchase something and get it home to find out that it needs batteries. This scale had an automatic shut off one minute after weighing in to conserve power. Nice to also hear that this scale holds 200 weight measurements since there are several other family members that are going to be using this scale. This scale looks so nice, it is slim in design and very modern looking! It is heavier than my old scale was, but I think it is much more durable and very good quality!

1st of all, this scale is so sleek and elegant. I love it's simple design and how it goes with my bathroom. Also, it is low to the ground so it slide under my sink console but it is so pretty I leave it sticking out an inch so the cute iHealth imprint sticks out. Now, as far as how it works. I like how if you go on and off it registers the same weight and doesn't change a lot. It's very easy to read. Only issue is that it comes out of the box reading in Kg and I haven't figured out how to change to Lbs so I just put #Kg into google and it comes out with conversion to Lbs. Does anyone know how to change to register Lbs on this brand/model? I'll be calling company to find out otherwise. Love, Love, Love my new scale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a review for the iHealth Wireless Scale Lite. It is white in color. It uses Bluetooth technology which allows you to keep track of your weight and your BMI on your iPhone, iPad, iPad Air and iPad Air 2, iPad mini and iPad mini 2, iPod touch, and some Android devices. The box contains the iHealth Wireless Scale Lite, 4 AAA batteries, user manual, and a quick start guide. To get started using your iHealth Wireless Scale Lite, the first thing you will need to do is to download the iHealth app. Without downloading the iHealth you will not be able to use your scale in the proper way. There is also a companion iHealth MyVitals app available for download from either the Apple App store or from Google play. When I got the scale the first thing I tried to do was to weigh myself. I keep thinking to myself....I know this can not be right. There is no way I weigh under 50 pounds!!! In was then that I realized the scale was weighing me in kilograms and not pounds. I looked through the user manual and the quick start guide to see if I could change it from kilograms to pounds. I could not find anything that would help me to figure out how to change it. I called the customer service number and got a recording that asked me to leave a message. I then tried again the next day and I got through to someone. I was told that in order to make any changes I had to have the app downloaded on my phone. I downloaded the orange iHealth app and since then everything has worked like a breeze. I only have a couple of complaints. I do not like the user manual or the quick start guide that comes with the scale. They are not very helpful or informative. I also did not like that I could not reach customer service when I needed them. I do not have any complaints about the scale itself. It is wonderful but remember you need to have the app downloaded for the scale to work properly. This scale is not for someone who does not have the Bluetooth technology to work along with it. The scale works great and the app allows you to chart your weight and your BMI. The app will also let you set up other members information along with your own. You can chart your weight and BMI along with your spouse, children, friends, co-workers, or anyone else you might want to exercise and get healthy with. The scale and the app help you see the progress you are making and helps you to stay motivated to reach your goals. You can also share your information with others if you choose to do so. The dimensions of the iHealth Wireless Scale Lite are: 13 & 7/8 inches by 13 & 7/8 inches square 1 inch tall I am giving the iHealth Wireless Scale Lite 5 stars. I did have a few problems getting the app downloaded, trying to figure out how to change the kilograms to pounds, and not reaching customer service when I needed them, but even with those few issues I still feel like the scale deserves 5 stars. It works very well, is pretty, has a nice design, is sleek, and is a great motivator for me to want to stay healthy. One word of caution.....please do not step on the scale while wearing socks. I did that and I almost fell off of the scale. Always step on the scale with either your bare feet or with shoes on your feet. Enjoy and weigh on!!!

I am very happy with the iHealth Lite scale. The user guide is easy to understand and it comes with the required batteries. The scale is fairly heavy and stays in place with no problem. The display is brightly lit and is easy to read either in the dark or with the lights on. I initially tried using the iHealth My Vitals app which I liked because it synced right away, but I could not get the scale to read in pounds. I tried using the set button as the user guide advised, but no matter how many times or how long I pressed the button it would not change from kg to pounds. I uninstalled the first app and switched to the iHealth My Vitals 2.0 app instead. This app immediately switched the scale to pounds. The app requires 43.3 mb of space, and both apps connected easily to my Galaxy S5 via Bluetooth. The scale must be on a flat surface to read properly. I tried it on the carpet just to see what would happen and it only registers at about 30% of your actual weight. It was quick and easy to set up an account, and you can view your weight on the website either in a line graph or as a list. It will store up to 200 recordings and gives you the option to make notes. The scale is pretty expensive, but it seems well made and should last a long time. I would definitely recommend this scale.

The iHealth Wireless Scale Lite gives an accurate weight measurement and allows you to track your weight on a smart phone. Make sure that you place the scale on a flat surface, such as tile or wood flooring. I tried the scale on carpet and it took 60 lbs. off my weight! It comes with batteries installed; just remove the tape to get the scale turned on. The iHealth app is free and pairs with other iHealth devices, such as their blood pressure monitor and activity tracker (I only have the scale). So, if you purchase several devices, you can track how you are doing with your general wellness. The app shows your stats by the week, month and year. You can get a list by date or a graph, and see highest, lowest and average. The scale has a nice, sleek design. You are meant to weigh yourself barefoot. I'm not sure what happens to your stats if guests decide to weigh themselves when visiting your bathroom (or wherever you keep the scale). This concept is a great idea for people who are monitoring their weight; I am on a weight loss / wellness plan so this is helpful for me.

This is a VERY nice scale, but the main thing holding it back is its size. It's much larger than the scale I was going to replace this one with and unfortunately I don't have room to accommodate the iHealth scale. See picture for size reference. The pros list is long though. Overall it is gorgeous, clean and a beautiful white. When it lights up, it glows and looks very nice and high-end. The smartphone app integration looks great for keeping track of weight simply and watching your progress without having to remember to manually enter it. If you have the space for this scale, I'd consider it a great purchase.

The scale has a sleek and modern design and the read out is large and easily read. Unlike most Bluetooth devices the scale does not automatically show up among the Bluetooth devices on your phone, the instructions are not clear about this issue. Once you install and open the app the scale is discovered by Bluetooth and then connects without issue. The default setting is for kilograms, so it can be a bit frustrating for those of us who use pounds, but it can be changed in the application. The application does require you to register and an email account, which does seem a bit intrusive. However I do like the many features offered by the scale, including that it stores your weight and has the option to sync weights so that more than one person can use it. It would be nice if it was powered by something other than batteries, as it does seem to go through them rather quickly. Over all, after a bit of tweaking it is really quite amazing.

I went to iHealth website to verify that I could pair the iHealth Wireless Scale Lite with my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone or the 2015 iPhone. The web site showed that it would pair with certain providers and phones. Unfortunately, the iHealth Wireless Scale Lite WILL NOT pair with either the Galaxy S4 or iPhone that we have in our family. I am very disappointed as I am a Spark reviewer for Walmart and received this IHealth scale from them at no charge. I have wasted my selection on an item that I cannot use. I have no idea what the problem is with the iHealth. My daughter is an IT manager, has a Master's degree in Technology, and has been in the field for many years. She researched iHealth to try and get to the bottom of the problem and after wasting nearly an hour she was unable to figure out what the problem is. Therefore, I would not recommend their product. I would suggest that they list the exact model and carrier of phones that will pair with their products.
