Great little vacuum! First robot vacuum! The only downside is you can only put water it so it doesn't disinfect while it mops.

One of the best devices I've purchased in a while now. Efficient, easy setup and all from the comfort of my sofa.

I am OCD about having even a crumb on the floor, plus I have two cats and a dog. It seems like I spent half my day scrubbing and mopping the floor. This small guy saved my life. Due to the number of animals I have, I run him three times a day. If I didn't have pets, I'd probably only need to run him every other day or less frequently. Despite the high rate of usage, he takes care of business! Every time I use him, I dump his small container, which is full with pet hair. Make sure all obstructions, such as animal toys, are removed. He can easily climb rugs too!

i do like it and decided to go ahead and keep it. 1) if y9u want to use the mop function, you have to buy the water tank etc separately. 2) it consistently is unable to go home on its own. 3) it's terrible at mapping out the house and always forgets the bedrooms. 4) aside from all of this, i set it to auto clean after dinner and everyone's getting ready for bed and settling down and it does the job. the suction power is amazing.

Great suction but the dust bin is super tiny and battery amps/hour is low. It barely finished a 15x15 room and while trying to find the docking station the battery light started flashing. The suction rivals the roomba thats 2-3x as expensive, it has a separate remote control so no invasive wifi-app needed but the minuses are the very small dust bin and a short battery life. Perfect for a house w/o dogs, apartment etc but not viable for a larger home w/ 2 very large and fluffy dogs and 2 cats.

It could be better and I expected more from this brand. It s just sitting in the corner barely being used. I bought this as a bit gift for my guy. It kind of bugs that it doesn't work. It has weak suction. It does not always respond to the remote. The mop feature I've not tried yet as I m slightly discouraged by everything else it does work it s just that it would be nice if it had more suction. Yes I do empty and clean the capture tray all of the time. It does not make a difference. Just wanted to let you know.

I LOVED this product at first, it was convenient and made my life as a single mom so much easier. it worked great. maybe 1-2mo in, the unit stopped recognizing that the mop attachment was on. thankfully I did some research and saw that if you choose auto clean, it will still mop. that was annoying but it was still getting the jobs done so I didn't complain. now we are 3mo into having the product and it will not keep a charge, when it does charge it takes 3 days to get a full charge. then when I finally attempt to run it, it won't even complete a full clean before it abruptly shuts off. when I return it to the base, it is magically on 0% even though it was fully charged before I ran it. Walmart is not doing anything to help bc I didn't get the cockamamie protection plan. iHome is telling me to return it to Walmart but they won't accept it back since it's been 3mo (still waiting on their response as I requested a replacement unit from iHome). this turned out to be a waste of $ and I wish I bought a more expensive one in the first place. I have had iHome products in the past and never had an issue. big disappointment as this was the first robot vacuum I have tried and I recommended it to many others as a life changer

The IHome Eclipse robot vacuum was not what I expected. The battery runs out after about 30 minutes. You have to take it back to the charging station. Then it takes 5 to 6 hours to charge. It may work good in a smaller house (600 Sq ft). It will mop only if you block off the area you want mopped.

It disconnects from wifi and has troubles charging from the moment I set it up. It's unlikely I will keep this machine
