The Eclipse Pro excels in vacuuming and sweeping. It effectively picks up dust, dirt, and debris from both hard floors. The suction power is impressive for a robot vacuum in this price range, and it manages to capture pet hair without getting tangled. The vibrating mop feature is a welcome addition for hard floors, providing a gentle yet effective clean that goes beyond just wetting the surface.
works really good just the mop functions not the best it will leak a little and you have to empty it when its done moping
Likes - picks up really good. I like the different cleaning options and the option to mop. Haven't used the mopping part yet. The app is easy to navigate. Dislikes - NOISE FOR DAYS!!!! Holy crap! It's like running a normal vacuum when it's going. When it's sucking the stuff out and into the container/home piece, you can't hear anything over it. It's like running 2 or 3 vacuums at once. I took a video of it but Walmart reviews only allow photos. The system takes awhile to map everything out. It also has gotten lost several times trying to return home. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend or family member sadly. If I hadn't already used it several times, I'd be returning this.
ive been having problems with it scince i got it called walmart 2 times they say to try what ever they tell me but now i need to no the ins i paid for so i can call them im done with this machine i want a new machine not IHOME MACHINE CAN SOMEONE PLZ CALL ME
I was very excited to get this vaccum, it had a pretty easy set up and activation but when it actually comes to automatic vaccums I've had better. It just stirred dust around and took multiple times to pick small stuff up. Wouldn't want for the long term.
Do not purchase this product. Wouldn't work right out of the box!! I got it for my mother for Mother's Day and it never worked from the beginning. Won't take a charge, left it in the charger over 24 hours. It just sits there and blinks… I tried to return it to get my money back but because it was more than 30 days and it's a third party selling it they won't refund my money. Have a dispute in with my bank to get my money back.
So I bought it on April and used it a few times, first mop pad isn't wet anymore. So I contacted their service and send me new water tank. After that around 2 months later the machine started making noise while cleaning. They asked me to provide all the videos and photos which I fully provided. They ask me to change new roller blade which I only use it for less than 10 times. And they said because I bought it from Walmart clearance the warranty won't cover it. But in item description it clearly stated that it is cover by warranty for a year. Don't trust that company. Terrible.
I wish I could attach a video to this to show you how it just goes around and around on the charhing pad. I was able to use it three or four times at the most and then it just started acting up. It never made the pattern of my home, it kept going in the same pattern in the living room all the time. My entire house is hardwood floors and made sure there were no rugs or anything to block it and still it never made the pattern of the house. I could never to get the app to work either.
WASTE OF MONEY! i was so excited to have a robot vacuum. we have 2 kids and 3 dogs, so i was hopeful it would cut down on my chore time. the vacuum just goes up and down in the same few rows. it hits a wall, turns left, goes down the row, hits the wall, and turns left again going down exactly the same spot it just came from. it's been going for half an hour and has gone back and forth in the same few rows in my living room. the self emptying function is handy, but it is VERY loud. overall very disappointed. i will be returning and buying a normal vacuum
Did not work out of the box. Set it up exactly as described in the instructions, but the vac wouldn't hold a charge. Probably the little battery, but there's no replacement available. Besides, the battery it ships with should last for at least the time it takes to ship. Pretty disappointed! Also contacted iHome support and you just have to send them an email instead of a chatting feature or even a support line. Never got a response.
