iHome Digital Alarm Clocks, Ibt295 in Black Color

Very effective and love the color changes and suitability

I am very happy with my iHome iBT295B. Set up was easy. Bluetooth connectivity was simple. Speaker sound is outstanding. I like the dimming feature based on the time of day which you control. However, I wish it was brighter for my unique situation. I have my clock across the room so it forces me to get up to answer it. Even on the highest brightness, the clock numbers are hard to see at night. The battery backup is handy because I have been through 3 Hurricanes and 3 Power Outages. The color settings are neat but not really something that I personally use. Charging of devices is good.

I set my clock up OK, but would like to know how to dim the colored lights on each end of the clock without dimming the time display.

This item broke shortly after is was received

So excited to receive my new bedside alarm clock, and when I plugged it in, the digit to the right of the colon doesn't display numbers correctly. I have reached out to the company for a replacement, but have heard nothing from them as yet.

we bought two clocks and we can't get my husbands hooked up . We have tried everything. Can you send me a new one?
