Good, but…
I really like the look of this scale. The app was kinda hard to setup. Kept hitting errors but once I got it working it’s cool. I honestly don’t pull it up much :/ I just step on the scale.

Fine as a regular scale, bad as a smart scale
The scale works fine. It probably under weighs a little but it doesn't work with the app. Which is basically the whole purpose of this overpriced scale. On the app it would more than double my weight, and for someone trying to LOSE weight that was very disheartening. I couldn't figure out how to fix it or reset it and there is no way I could figure out to get a hold of customer service. If you want a nice sleek digital scale, this one is fine. If you want a SMART scale - look elsewhere.

Cannot Connect to App
Does not connect to wifi They have so many problems with it the company set up a phone that nobody answers. They make you fill out a form for help and then don't call you back

Disappointed much!
I needed a new scale because I thought my first scale was broke so I’ve decided to get a whole new one %26 a whole new brand. It was good until the foot pieces came off. An it’s so hard to get in contact with a person pretending to this issue. I’ve bought it last June and I am now in April 2023. Smh An I think I’ve put a warranty on it too.

Joke
Sent 3 emails over two months to support with zero responses. Inaccurate and will not sync to phone. Random very heavy weigh ins that never happened are added throwing everything off. You can add a weigh in manually but cannot delete them when the app glitches. I am so sad there is no support.

Terrible purchase
Does not work do not wasted your money!!! Reached out to company and they said update the app no updates available does not sync or work how it’s states in the description

Cheap legs
Broke after 1 month, the legs are very fragile, you cannot drag it on the floor because the legs snaps. Don’t waste your money.
