Great Sound, Great Product 4 a Great Price!
I just acquired my iBT371 Portable Bluetooth Speaker & it's an incredible & dependable little unit! I'm always asked what is that & where did I get it? Sounds incredible & Love the lighting effects. I'm Very pleased with my decision to choose this over other brands that are available. So EZ to carry & set up & take w/me every where. Will enjoy 4 years to come!

Problem with charging
I am not happy unit is not charging. There is no charging light coming on. Brand new. Sounds great if I could use it

I bought this product on the 12th and it will not charge. It is saying low battery but no light will come on when plugged in to charge.

Stinks
Bought it a couple of months ago and it stopper working. When you call the customer support number it says you have to go to their website, and when you go to the website it says that they are no longer accepting online support requests anymore.
