When I first opened this and tried to turn it on, it would not do anything, I though maybe it was completely dead as in the batteries were completely depleted and drained. Finally after fiddling with it for a little while I realized I was pressing the wrong button, the On and Off button is the Large Button with the turning dial control not the smaller button with the M on it. Once I figured it out I was happy but not completely satisfied until I pressed the M button to cycle through all the Modes and I was completely overjoyed and impressed with the RED and BLUE Cop Lights in particular, I felt like a kid. In all honesty I don't know how anyone would need those color modes unless you want to play or goof around but I could see if you got carried away how it could get the consumer into some trouble and even get an innocent victim into trouble with those light in the wrong consumer hands, I don't know how legally it all is but just reporting my finding for anyone who takes the time to read this. Overall it is a very cool and worthwhile light just for the multipurpose positioning of the magnetic bases and hooks for mechanical and all kinds of lighting needs.

I got this for my husband because he has a classic car that he works on. He's always saying how the garage lights aren't bright enough, so I thought this would be perfect for him. He absolutely loves it! Shipping was quick and damage free. Would definitely recommend

This is a fantastic needful thing. We live in a broken down motor home without power and I cook with propane and I need this light to see what I'm doing during cooking my vittles. It's great for working on your vehicle as well. A very bright light. It truly helps!!

I didn't really expect much from the picture but this is a very good and bright light. It has strong magnets and hooks to hold it. The light is dimmable and switches to several modes including a flashing red and blue for an emergency light. I like that it has an on/off switch so you don't have to cycle through the entire range to turn it off. It always turns on to the default setting. I would rather it go back to where it was last but that is really just nitpicking and in no way detracts from its usefulness. I think I will enjoy owning this.

One can never have too many of these type of lights. Not just for automotive use but just about everything use. The cool thing there is no electrical cord because it's totally rechargeable! The dimmer/brightness switch is easy to use and the multiple settings for the tone of light is great! There is a red and blue flashing light option too! So many uses, has sturdy built in hooks, strong magnets and is lightweight. Cool addition to my tool collection!

What I can say about this work light is it is all over the place, and what I mean is it has so many configurations, that whatever your need for this light at the time of use you can hook it, stick it on metal, flip the ends, stand it up or just hold it, there are different light settings and the power button acts as a adjustable light dial, and of course it is rechargeable with the provided USB charging cable.

This work light is great. It feels good in the hand with a nice weight and thickness to it, measuring about 20 inches long. It has two magnets on each end that are very strong and provide an excellent grip. Additionally, the ends can be rotated 180 degrees, making it very easy to secure the base and rotate the light exactly into position. -- BRIGHTNESS AND LIGHTING MODES The light itself is powerful and very bright. It features a smooth dial at the bottom to turn the unit on and off, as well as to adjust the brightness. There is also a mode indicator button at the bottom to cycle through four different lighting modes: white light, yellow light, a combined white/yellow light, and an emergency mode featuring flashing red and blue police-style lights. -- BATTERY LIFE AND CHARGING CAPABILITIES A clear battery charge indicator on the front is a nice touch, and the charging ports are located on the back. It features both a USB-C port for charging the device and a USB-A port so you can use the large built-in battery as a power bank to charge other electronics. It also includes two 360-degree swiveling hooks on the back. -- ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT The one thing the manufacturer could improve is the design of the plastic swivel hooks. Even though they fold relatively flat, the plastic housing where the hooks swivel actually sticks up slightly from the body of the light. Because of this, when you lay the light flat on the ground, those plastic parts take the brunt of the impact. If you constantly rest it on that side, I can see those pieces wearing down over time. Also, you only see the charging level when the lights are on and looking at it when the lights are on, is a little blinding. -- BOTTOM LINE This is a solid, high-quality light that I definitely recommend. It came charged right out of the box and the large capacity battery keeps it running for a long time.

Awesome. Thought plastic would be brittle or cheap but actually feels sturdy. Aluminum casing doesn't get hot and dissipates well. Is light weight and very bright for the size. Not a fan of the blue and red strobe, think just a red adjustable led or a strobing option would be good for emergency use instead. Magnets appear strong and the swivels are smooth. Hooks are easy to manipulate, just don't pull or twist too hard. Brightness knob doubles as power button 4 led lights show power level This is a great option for a hanging under hood light when working on vehicles. Would buy this as a longer version if they had one

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up this magnetic underhood LED worklight! The light is made of plastic and feels sturdy. It weighs 1 lb - 7 oz. It measures 20" long by approx. 2" in diameter. I don't know how it will fair if dropped from hood height onto a concrete garage floor and I did not test it. The ends fold 90 degrees and each end has two strong magnets that hold the light well onto the underside of a metal hood or a metal vertical surface. The barrel that contains the LEDs can be rotated to direct the light where needed. The LEDs are surprisingly bright and the controls are unique. Press the large push button to turn LEDs ON, then rotate the same button to adjust the brightness you want. The smaller push button allows you to choose the temperature of LEDS - Warm, Natural, Cool and a flashing Blue/Red display. This worklight also can be set to sense motion. Just press and hold the smaller button for 3 - 5 seconds. In this mode the light will turn OFF if you wave your hand in front of it, then back ON when you wave your hand again. The light also has 2 built in collapsible plastic hooks so it can be hung as needed. Charging is via USB. Light comes with a 3 foot long USB A (male) to USB C (male) cable. You have to provide a USB charging device (5V, 1A is recommended). There are USB A and USB C female ports on the worklight. Your charge time will vary depending on the charger you use. The light contains 4 small blue LEDs that indicate amount of battery charge. The light is extremely bright! I used this light under the hood of my truck and it provides more than enough light and covers a large area. It works well under a hood, under a counter or even standing on a surface aimed at the project area. I am very happy with this LED Worklight and recommend it highly! I will use it often on a number of projects and repairs.

This light is amazing!!!! Super bright and much brighter than expected ! Full swivel on the magnets makes it very versatile. Will come in handy in more places than just under the hood. The magnets make it great for grid down, I can attach it to the fridge and laminate the whole kitchen. I will be buying more, 1 for each vehicle and a few scattered around the house.
