IJOY View Smart Phone Dock for Universal Monitors Black

The iJOY View Smart Phone Dock is one of the best thought out simple to use products. It does exactly as is should, which is hold the cell phone on the Left or Right side of the Laptop screen. Could also work with thin monitors, but I use it daily on my Laptop. I have the phone held in the Phone Dock while the charger cord and my extension hand help phone are plugged in. The iJOY View Smart Phone Dock can be tilted on one plane (Horizontal/ left to right). Sturdy construction and holds well to the laptop, which is important! Can use one hand to text while the phone is in this dock! No instructions, so you have to look at the device and open the clamp to figure out how it works, but it is intuitive. Nice Docking Unit!

I have come to love this iJoy view smart phone dock. While I am working or just using my laptop I am able to see everything on my phone right in front of me. No more searching for phone or wondering where I left it. This is really a nice gadget to help busy humans as myself. Very easy to apply, just attach to laptop screen side and good to go. A good feature is that it can move from side to side. Love it!

This smart phone dock is very useful, especially when using your smart phone to surf the internet for relevant information, while keeping your current application open on your computer. I've already used it for just that purpose. It clips onto your computer screen easily without the worry of scratching it. Very nice.

IJOY View Smart Phone Dock for Universal Monitors Black is nice to have while you're working or doing school workon the computer. This way you're phone is visible and won't miss any important phone calls.

Since Covid started I must work from home. This phone dock works so well! I love the simple design and that it holds my phone at a better angle while on the computer. It makes working with my clients so much easier!

I gave this to my daughter to use while online. It is very simple and can attach by sliding it onto the computer screen. This would not work for a computer that has a touch screen or has a small border around the screen. It works on my MacBook Air because I have a silver border around my display screen. It did not work for my daughter's Lenovo touch screen. She has to use this in the sitting position and does not attach to her screen without fear of it cracking or breaking the screen. It does come with a silicon cover so that it won't scratch your monitor, but I wouldn't trust it with a screen that has a very small border around the screen. Overall, it does what it says, but I probably wouldn't buy it unless you need to have your phone next to your screen.

Great docking station for your laptops, clip on to computer monitors or stand alone. I would have rated 5 stars; but, no printed instructions how to mount multiple devices. Hey, I'm over 70 and not greatest modern technology person. My daughter asked my if she could have it since she works remotely from home. She clips on to her laptop when calling her patients, zoom calls with her staff and typing patients chart while talking to doctors. If you work remotely by phone this is a must have gadget.

If you want to use Smartphone and your computer at literally the same time, this little gizimo lets you attach your phone to either side of your monitor or hold it upright on your desk

I liked the idea of being able to secure my phone if I wanted to keep my focus on my laptop and not miss any messages. It is pretty user friendly to figure out as there is no instructions included. It could be mounted to a variety of book like or laptop screen size locations. The clamp is very very tight which is good for sturdiness for your phone but my laptop is a touch screen as well so I am concerned about the pushing on the screen and it affecting the touch of it. It doesn't make it switch to tablet mode but if I left it clipped for too long I wonder the effect. The picture in the ad also does show clearly it does block a slight portion of the monitor because it has to clamp.

Well it took over an hour of trying to figure out this phone dock, passing it then to my husband- who usually can figure out any gadget. He couldn't either. This is supposed to hold your Cell phone, and be clipped along the lid portion of the laptop.I guess my laptop wasn't thin enough, but it was close. There were no instructions per say other than the pictures on the box. There was a second rubber part with it. Not sure exactly what or how it's supposed to attach to this thing. It was a disappointing product. When there are only 2 parts to something, it should not be that difficult to figure out!
