Wrong center

I have been missing the bottom of one side for 3 weeks now. Contacted Walmart who contacted the seller, said they would try to find the piece and if they couldn't find it they would have to send a whole new couch in a completely different color due to the one I chose being out of stock. That they would send me a new one in 5 business days, it's been over a week and I haven't received anything, no packages, no communication.

GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT
The 3 piece is not reclining properly. After waiting a couple of months to get it assembled the warranty expired and they did NOTHING to help! I had it professionally put together but it doesn't recline the way it should. Now I'm stuck with low quality couch and a big payment!!!
