For the price this is great! Assembly is fairly simple but time consuming. Quality is good for the price, but your expectations should match your budget. Furniture is small comparable to other pieces, but it's great for someone just starting out or looking to fill a new space.

Very uncomfortable and not enough support - it took forever to assemble!

This set was okay; the instructions were easy to understand (A1, A, C2, D1, etc.). But the parts were unlabeled, so I had to guess which piece went where. The quality is you get what you pay for!—not great. Some of the cushions were improperly made; the armrests are hollow, and some metal pieces have screw holes, but the corresponding pieces do not, so I had to improvise with self-tapping screws to complete the build, or I would have had a loose couch. I'm on a budget as a single dad, with everything being so expensive. I don't recommend it.

It's smaller than I expected.

I purchased the beige 3-Seater Sofa, 2-Seater Loveseat and Ottoman for over $600 on 12/18/2024. I was told my delivery date would be 12/26. Then it changed to 12/20… to my excitement! I threw out my old furniture last night on 12/19 to prepare for delivery of my new living room set. Package arrives via FedEx and I couldn't believe it was boxed, required assembly but the most alarming thing was the size OF the box?! Still unaware I was scammed I ripped box open and so what I thought was an ottoman that needed assembly and a loveseat that needed assembly so I got on the phone with Walmart and they put in a request that the seller since the rest, which I thought was only going to be the larger sofa. After finalizing that request, I proceeded to reluctantly go on ahead and put together the loveseat and ottoman. I pulled every box out onto the floor in horror to realize that it was not an ottoman in the box. It was seat cushions that I was mistaken for the ottoman. What was the half of there was no back cushions where you lean back the part of the sofa that your back would be resting upon. There was none in the box. There was just the frame of the loveseat, the cushions that you sit on the arms. No legs. No tools., no screws!!!! This was utterly a useless delivery. I requested a full refund because I knew that if this was a genuine mistake, it will probably take another 2 to 3 tries to get all of the pieces that I need to put my living room set together and I just did not think I deserve the hassle so turn now I didn't want, the rest of the items I wanted to remove that request and just asked for a refund so I did. I called the number connected to the seller 10 times. The seller called me back to say nothing and ignore me saying several times.. I text him because I realize it was an iPhone so I messaged him and let him know via video and screenshots that he never mailed the complete set. There is no way that he sent one package to my home that was supposed to have the entire three-piece living room set inside of that one package.. there is a picture of the delivery person delivering that one package and it is so small. It cannot be disputed that that box could possibly contain my purchase. it is so disappointing to know that my cousin ordered furniture online on walmart.com and it never showed up and for mine to show up in this state completely my faith and furniture shopping at Walmart ever again. do not purchase an ink pen from this person or persons or business they will likely send you a Ziploc bag with only ink in it! That is the equivalent of what happened to me with a three-piece living room set that cost nearly $1000

Horrible customer service. I was not satisfied with my purchase so I tried to return the item. But ended up wasting my time going back in forth with the seller. They kept me having to wait 12 to 24 hours for a return label and just kept sending me emails offering me money to keep the item. just to find out that I had to pay out of pocket. Which would cost more than the actual price of the item. Would not recommend! Don't waste your money on this item.
