My only issue was that there was no instructions for use. was exactly as advertised and arrived on time.

This massage chair definitely does its job. If you are a plus size person then you can't use the option of the arm massager but it definitely massages your thighs. The option to change the intensity is great. I love the heat option. Chair is a great buy just wish it was a little more sturdy for the price we paid.

Overall product is exactly as stated . The instructions were not that great but it's not rocket science you can most definitely figure out where pieces go . I will say the material/cushion on the sat and back are not that comfy it's really thin and as soon as you sit in it you can feel all the rollers . The foot message does not have an option to lift it up so my feet do not sit all the way in it unless I'm in gravity mode or I'm pushing my feet/legs back and that's a little uncomfortable but overall it's not a bad starting chair . The password for the Bluetooth is 8888

Not for replacing recliners! should be the warning. They are only comfortable when in massaging mode. Other wise they are hard as a rock. Very little padding .

I was delivered damage in box damage

This chair doesn't fit a normal adult person . It actually fits my 11 and 13 grandkids perfectly. So if you're looking for a decent cheap massage chair this would be great for your teenager . I do not recommend for any one over 5'3 This was purchased for my husband , however he is a normal size gentleman at 5'10 and definitely doesn't fit him or even me at 5'4 . I can't say if it worked well or not because we didn't fit in it . Great size for a child's massage chair though. We are returning and will be looking for a more appropriate adult size massage chair.

So disappointed in this item!!! Material is thin and looks really cheap. The video instructions are not for this model chair. No assemble instructions in the manual.
