Some of the buttons on the control panel DO NOT WORK, the panel is too dark, so you will need aɗ flashlight to see the buttons. Many of the features do not work, for example; the bluetooth speakers do not connect to anything because they are fake. The massage is very weak, the bags inflate whenever they feel like it, and the rotating massagers make a lot of noise.

I only received the arms for this chair!No response from the seller not once,this was an on going uncomfortable situations for a week, until walmart representatives got involved.Please be careful with this site,will never order again.I wished I would've read the reviews first it would've saved the headache!

Massage feels better than expected. Chair was smaller than expected but easier to find the right space for it. Needs two people to put it together. Chair base is heavy!

The chair is a dream for those like me who have busy schedules and need a moment to decompress. The settings are flexible to support the light massage to the strong massage that gets the knots out of your body! Well worth the price and wait as it took a while for delivery.

The seat was very hard and the massage places were basically on my spine and not on my muscles. I am 5 foot six and I cannot get the leg extension to extend. We got it, there was some kind of liquid all over the leg extension, so I'm thinking I got a busted one. Also never got the Bluetooth speaker system to work

I ordered a massage chair on 11/28/2024 and this morning 12/01/2024 I received by FEDEX a box containing only the arm rests (sides of the chair) called Fedex , Walmart customer service and the representative ask Me to call the Vendor in CHINA, to find out about the parts missing , I made the purchase to Walmart , so I believe they have to fix the problem and make sure that I receive a complete and in working condition Product

I recently purchased a massage chair that claimed to feature Bluetooth speakers for an immersive relaxation experience. However, I'm left feeling completely deceived and unsatisfied with my purchase. The so-called Bluetooth speakers on the chair are nothing but a facade. Upon receiving the chair, I was excited to connect my device and enjoy some soothing music during my massage. To my dismay, I couldn't find any wires to connect the speakers to the side panel. After a thorough inspection, it became painfully clear that the grills on the chair, which looked like they housed speakers, were just for show. Frustrated and disappointed, I reached out to Walmart customer service, hoping for a quick resolution. However, their response was far from satisfactory. I was told to wait 48 hours before they could assess the situation. What's more infuriating is that weekends apparently don't count towards this waiting period, so I'm stuck twiddling my thumbs until Wednesday morning. This whole experience has been nothing short of a letdown. The false advertising of Bluetooth speakers, combined with the lackluster customer support, makes me regret my decision to purchase this massage chair. I bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves it! It was easy to set up, works very well %26 it looks nice too. Be aware that the chair comes in two boxes - they weren't shipped together and did not arrive on the same day.

Chair is not like picture you head does not e en go back and legs don't go up. Very miss leading ,hate it very sorry i wasted my time. I have waited so long to get a chair and this was totally mis leading.

Obviously, not the same brand as my cousin's chair, but it didn't have the level of pressure that his has. I even retested his to compare and it didn't match up. I like a lot of deep tissue type pressure.
